We came here on Labor day, the wait was 15 -20 minutes without any attention from the waiter. He served everybody else even carry out order instead of serve us some water or take order from us. So disappointed because this is the first time we here from 30minutes drive and just want to support Vienamese business. I noticed the short staff from here but its no busy at all at the time we’ve been there. We end up leaving to another place ! So i don’t know what the food taste like or look like.
The pho was terrible and they have only white meat

We recently visited this newly opened restaurant and tried the beef noodle soup, fried rice, and bún thịt nướng. The interior is spacious and inviting, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beef noodle soup has a wonderful aroma, and the thinly sliced meat is great. The rice noodles are also good. I like the authentic vegetables, like banana flower and cabbage.
However, the soup itself was too salty such that finishing the bowl felt loke a chore, which was a shame because all the other ingredients were great. My overall experience here was still positive.

We had great dining experience here. The food was great and our server, Bao, was a delight. He’s very knowledgeable in current food trends and gives great recommendations.

Ordered on Door dash. Didn't bag my entree and gave me chicken egg rolls when I ordered vegetarian.

Awful jsut awful. Server was on his phone the whole time. I ordered for the family 5 dishes he then asked one member what they wanted to order. Did he really think I was going to eat 5 plates? Food is not good either too salty or too sweet. The grilled pork was mostly fat.

So amazing, we dont need to go to Eden for good Vietnamese food. We ordered the hot oil scallion clams, nem nuong, summer rolls, shakey beef, stir fry snow pea leaves with garlic, caramelized short ribs, and pho. Everything was Individually good, whereas some pho restaurants don’t even have good pho. New spot for our family for sure, can’t wait to come back and try more menu items.

My family and I have been a few times already, and have been happily fulfilled every time we leave! This is definitely a great edition to the Chantilly/Fairfax area. This place offers many dishes from rice, vermicelli and the delicious pho to family meals, that bring so many childhood memories… AND to top it off, is their street food dishes! The snails and clams are definitely my favorite appetizers, but with ginger fish sauce will compliment them better, hope that’ll be changed. Prices and portions are very reasonable, and we leave with happy bellies!
Staff are nice, food comes fast, but staff can be more efficient and be faster at taking orders. I guess they are getting busy and not enough staff yet. I’d definitely come back and try the rest of the dishes!

I found a delicious Vietnamese restaurant that had been open for a month. The interior was well decorated right from the entrance. The large hall has decorations and monitors on every wall and a small bar, so it would be good to watch a sports game later. We had Tai nam pho, Salt red pepper shrimp and Crispy Tilapia. Overall, it was protein but delicious, and especially Crispy Tilapia had a unique taste when eaten with various mints. I think it would be good to come with children.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 54 Kitchen, and I must say it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and the staff was incredibly welcoming.
The cleanliness of the establishment is notable, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining environment. The menu offered a delightful selection of Vietnamese cuisine, and I couldn't resist trying their short ribs with rice.
The short ribs were a true highlight, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked to perfection. It felt like a culinary journey akin to dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The attention to detail in each dish and the overall presentation were simply impressive.
In addition to the delectable food, the staff's attentiveness and service were outstanding, adding to the overall positive dining experience.
I highly recommend 54 Kitchen to anyone looking for an authentic and high-quality Vietnamese dining experience. It's clear that the team at 54 Kitchen is dedicated to providing top-notch service and delicious cuisine. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Restaurant is newly opened and my wife wanted to try the restaurant based on reviews she saw on Facebook. Must admit I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised with the quality, presentation and price of the food. Highly recommend the seafood dishes which are very reasonable in price. I did order the pho, which was fine, but definitely order off the menu featuring the specials. We loved the food so much that we ordered extra to take home. The service is excellent and I’m sure they will soon become very popular. I give them a definite score of “Eat and Repeat”. I’m sure I will be updating my review soon with more dishes.
