We recently visited this newly opened restaurant and tried the beef noodle soup, fried rice, and bún thịt nướng. The interior is spacious and inviting, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beef noodle soup has a wonderful aroma, and the thinly sliced meat is great. The rice noodles are also good. I like the authentic vegetables, like banana flower and cabbage.

However, the soup itself was too salty such that finishing the bowl felt loke a chore,...

So amazing, we dont need to go to Eden for good Vietnamese food. We ordered the hot oil scallion clams, nem nuong, summer rolls, shakey beef, stir fry snow pea leaves with garlic, caramelized short ribs, and pho. Everything was Individually good, whereas some pho restaurants don’t even have good pho. New spot for our family for sure, can’t wait to come back and try more menu items.

My family and I have been a few times already, and have been happily fulfilled every time we leave! This is definitely a great edition to the Chantilly/Fairfax area. This place offers many dishes from rice, vermicelli and the delicious pho to family meals, that bring so many childhood memories… AND to top it off, is their street food dishes! The snails and clams are definitely my favorite appetizers, but with ginger fish sauce will compliment them better, hope that’ll be changed....
