Food ok but staff not so good. They got initial order wrong even though it was online order. Also they not do much other than throw your order to you without saying have a good day or anything at all.

Ordered two of the sane meals. Fries came out hot but not the sandwiches. They told us to pull forward and wait for our order. Came back inside with the receipt notifying them that our sandwiches were cold and they seemed to not understand the problem. Waited for hot sandwiches and received them. One of the orders I asked for curly fries and the bottom were crumbs, a few curly fries were tossed in there and finally the top had more crumbs? The biggest thing was that they weren’t busy at all and their service was at this level…

I usually order at the drive-thru, but today I decided to go inside. The restaurant was clean, free from chaos (no employees shouting to each other about orders or beeping machines/timers going off in the kitchen). I was promptly greeted and placed my to-go order with a friendly gentleman. My food was fresh, hot and the order was correct. I will definitely be dining in next time! Thanks for making my visit inside a pleasant one Arby's! :)

There are 3240 Arby's locations as of April 2024. After eating the newest Arby's burger offering, I've never felt more compelled to write about the Arby corporation franchise [burger] offering, not about this particular location.

** 1-star for Arby's burger and corporate decision to veer away from Arby's absolutely delicious * well-known freshly roasted, freshly slided roast beef sandwiches.

** 5-star for the staff and service.

Order the burger at ~11:30am. The burger was dry and harder to chew than cardboard. Pairing the burger with additional Arby horseradish mayo sauce, delicious kosher pickles from Trader Joes, and organic ketchup from Trader Joes didn't help it make taste better and at $7.99 per burger, this felt and tasted like nothing less than corporate greed. In comparison, McDonald's fresh beef patty quarter pounder with cheese is $6.19 and is about 100 feet away from this location. Ugh, I wish there was some return policy like Trader Joe's or Costco. For now, I'd only drop by to get the horseradish sauce with a side of curly fries.
