Everything went well when I ate here for a weekend lunch. The restaurant was clean and there weren't many customers around. Staff was friendly and got my order out quickly. I always go for their Classic Beef'n Cheddar. Something about the melted cheese and sauce always hits the spot!

Food ok but staff not so good. They got initial order wrong even though it was online order. Also they not do much other than throw your order to you without saying have a good day or anything at all.

Ordered two of the sane meals. Fries came out hot but not the sandwiches. They told us to pull forward and wait for our order. Came back inside with the receipt notifying them that our sandwiches were cold and they seemed to not understand the problem. Waited for hot sandwiches and received them. One of the orders I asked for curly fries and the bottom were crumbs, a few curly fries were tossed in there and finally the top had more crumbs? The biggest thing was that they weren’t busy at all and their service was at this level…

I usually order at the drive-thru, but today I decided to go inside. The restaurant was clean, free from chaos (no employees shouting to each other about orders or beeping machines/timers going off in the kitchen). I was promptly greeted and placed my to-go order with a friendly gentleman. My food was fresh, hot and the order was correct. I will definitely be dining in next time! Thanks for making my visit inside a pleasant one Arby's! :)
