This place was run daily well but my last visit somehow set a new low. Ordered a new meat and 3 box, never received a receipt. Got home and noticed I was missing the mozzarella sticks and the peach cobbler rolls. I called to alert them and the “Manger” called me a liar and argued with me. We will ignore the fact she cursed me out in Spanish not realizing I could understand. Why would I lie about the two smallest items in the box? It makes no sense.

Food is good but staff is incompetent. They take incorrect orders, forget to give items and then when you go back they argue with you and make you feel like it’s your mistake.

Either you need to require last names when you sign up on the Arby's app or you need to instruct your staff to stop asking for last names when we don't fill them out on the app in the first place. Sometimes it's a security measure.

I prefer this Arby's even though it is further than where i live by about 10 miles. I prefer it bexause it allows me to order through the app and pick up in the drive through. The one that is closer does not allow drive through pickup for online orders.

The restaurant is great—delicious food, friendly service, and a clean dining area. The only downsides are the excessive stickers on the windows and the complete lack of cell reception from any carrier in the area. It would be a huge improvement if they offered Wi-Fi, especially for those of us stopping in for a lunch break during work. I’m never able to open my Arby’s app either because I have no connection in the area.
