I tried to order Pralines and Cream five times over a one and a half week period at this store, a flavor which I've been ordering for several decades from other stores. They were out of it all five times, including on National Ice Cream Day. I finally asked the employee when they were expecting to get more in, and she lied to me and said it was a rotated flavor so she didn't know when they would have it. I have information from Baskin-Robbin's own website that states it is not a rotated flavor and is available all year, which has been my experience, as well. More often than not, since this store opened near me, they are out of this flavor, which is a staple flavor. If the employee didn't know whether or not it was a rotated flavor, that's no excuse to just make something up.
Charging 75cents for a cup of water after purchasing $20-$25 worth of ice cream. You guys must be kidding me, ever walked in a restaurant where they charge you for a dish and also how much water you drink? Grow up!!! Also, you are not the most honest people with the size of the icecream scoop. Ordered a brownie sundae 2 scoops and yet the bowl was half full.

This place is an absolute disaster from start to finish. Gave it three chances, and it managed to fail spectacularly every single time.
Well, hate to do it. But they need to improve. I went just after 8:30pm last night. (3/31) and I got one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. Went in to pick up some ice cream for my family. They wanted cookies and other cream ice cream. Or cookie something. I was told they have nothing with cookie left. That’s okay. My other order was for a banana split. They told me they didn’t have bananas. That’s okay. I call my wife and kids to see what else they want. One settled on 2 scoops of something else. They had that. While the young man is making that, my other child asked if they have another ice cream. But another young man starts taking the ice cream away to put up for the night I guess. I asked are these are gone?, he answered they are getting ready to close. They put the ice cream away while I’m standing there ordering. They close at 9! At this point I just walk out. Mind you it’s 8:38 when I get in my car. They couldn’t give me a couple minutes to finish my order? This is the last time for me. The customer service is what matters around here. When you see your sales slump, it’s because word spreads quickly around here.
I was craving a milk shake. Not mint flavored milk. So runny and the older gentleman says, no it isn’t, lifts the cup and it leaks over the counter like milky cream. Then a young gentleman tries to hand it to me with milk running down the side of the cup. Thank goodness Tina was paying attention. I would give her five stars. She remade it and made me a milkshake.

I was so excited to have an ice cream place walking distance from my house. Took the family there, and we did not feel welcome. Were rushed for whatever reason. I rather drive & get better service elsewhere. With inflation, we don't go out much, but when we do, we expect to be treated like they want our service and this place just did not act like they even wanted to be there.

I stopped by this BR with my family after a two-day road trip. My kids ordered ice cream cones and my wife and I split a small sundae. Even though there was no line in the drive thru (and only a couple of customers in line at the counter inside), it took over 10 minutes to fill our order. But what happened next is what compelled me to leave this one-star review. As we were looking through the drive thru window wondering why it was taking so long to scoop ice cream, we watched as a young girl in a black hoodie took one of the ice cream cones from the person who had scooped it, licked it, then handed to another girl to give to us. My wife and I looked at each other like, “Did that really happen?” Of course we refused the cone since someone had licked it, and the attendant acted confused as to why we wouldn’t want it. Ultimately, they replaced it with an unlicked cone (I watched them the entire time), but there was no apology, nor even any acknowledgment of wrongdoing on their part. Bottom line: this store appears to be run by irresponsible, unsupervised children and I would definitely keep my eye on them when they’re making your food if you decide to go here. As for me and my family, we never will again.

Decent food. Sometimes hot breakfast items come out cool. Service is hit or miss. Believe it or not the kids working there are not the issue, they get a pass because it’s most likely their first or second job. The adult men that work there need a serious attitude adjustment. I order a drink from the kids and they get it right, while the adults male that works there will sit and argue when I tell him that’s not the drink I asked for. I mean it’s coffee not rocket science… I gave a 2 for atmosphere because there is non, additionally whoever planned this location and layout made a terrible decision and the shopping center is not even complete, total chaos when there are a lot of cars/deliveries.

Walked in around 7:30am, me and others were stared at and ignored for about 15 to 20 minutes. this location is unable to handle walk-ins in the morning. They focus 100% of a time and attention on the drive-through.

Went to this location with my daughter for the first time. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for a waffle bowl when neither of us ordered one. I thought it was a mistake. I tried to ask the manager and was told that they are a franchise and can charge what they want. I was taken back by that. She was really rude and did not want to deal with me at all. I would check before paying if you go there because apparently they will charge you for things you didn't order and not correct it.
