Walked in around 7:30am, me and others were stared at and ignored for about 15 to 20 minutes. this location is unable to handle walk-ins in the morning. They focus 100% of a time and attention on the drive-through.

I have been to this location several times and it's always quick and clean. The employees are polite and helpful. I recently ordered the Thanksgiving Turkey ice cream cake and it was AMAZING! Not only was it delicious, but it was perfectly made and so cute! Definitely a show stopper! I placed the order online and they called me shortly after to let me know the ice cream flavor I chose was not available. They were helpful and offered other available flavors and it was ready on time and easy to pick up. Whoever made it did such a great job! Will be sure to get another one next year if they do it again!

Went to this location with my daughter for the first time. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for a waffle bowl when neither of us ordered one. I thought it was a mistake. I tried to ask the manager and was told that they are a franchise and can charge what they want. I was taken back by that. She was really rude and did not want to deal with me at all. I would check before paying if you go there because apparently they will charge you for things you didn't order and not correct it.

This Dunkin' location is a bit off the beaten path. You'll come across it if you are driving out Braddock Road westbound - west of Centreville/Chantilly. It's part of a small retail complex - which looks as if it is in the early stages of development.This Dunkin' is a combo business with Baskin-Robbins. It also features a Drive-Thru.I stopped in for breakfast one morning - ordered a medium cold brew with creamer - and a breakfast sandwich - sausage, egg, and cheese (with an extra slice of cheese). The cold brew was the usual consistency you'd expect from Dunkin' - but the breakfast sammie was not that good. The Croissant was stale - which makes it flake and shed crumbs more than usual - the sandwich was borderline room temperature - the cheese was not melted at all. A very unsatisfying breakfast sammie.They appear to be still training staff - adding a single extra slice of cheese required consultation with two other employees. Then a bit later while I was seated and eating - someone who I assume is a manager - yelled rather loudly to the staff to clean the tables and chairs in the dining area. Not a good look.There is not a lot of seating here - about 4-5 tables inside - and a few outside.#Dunkin

This DD store is pretty new to the area and I wanted to check it out and visited this place yesterday. The store was clean and the donuts, bagels and other items were arranged neatly and was clearly visible to the customers. The order was taken and prepared well. There were no ice cream cakes on the freezer. Overall a good place to grab n go.
