The Bulgogi, like my rating, is ok. It tasted good and is a ok portion, but most of the beef are little tiny shredded pieces. Instead of thin slices of pan fried or grilled like it should be, the beef reminded me of scrapings from the grill when removed with a spatula. My guess is because they mostly serve Phở style dishes, they have a large pot of boiled beef in the back to make the smaller dishes. Instead of frying or grilling thin slices of beef as it should be, they just take some of the boiled beef from the large pot and put it in the skillet with some vegetables. So the vegetables are the only real skillet cooked part of the meal. Although I ate it and had an ok flavor, I would not order Bulgogi from here again.

Okay food. Horrible customer service. They pre prep all the basic sides so my rice sat out the whole 15 mins I waited for my food (just one entree). I asked to trade it for a hot rice and they were going to charge me $1. Finally with attitude they did it for free. After I finished my meal I had some left over so I asked for a container to go. There was one customer In line so I said “when you get a chance” and i waited. The lady finished with the order. Then went to get the food in the window. I waited. She called out the orders that were ready. I waited. After that, a customer walked up to order. She went back to the register and asked “can I help you”. The customer was not ready to order. I was still waiting. I asked again if I could have a contained that was sitting right behind her. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the container as if it was such a burden, placed it on the counter and walked away.

They had all you can eat. There is variety of the food, some are good some are cold, they are not filling up all, some are empty. But store was so clean. Is good for big families.

Korean and Chinese/Korean in the food court. Everything is around 10 bucks and tastes good. Only negative thing is that half of the menu is spicy or oily that we have few choices for the 2y old. Soups in hot stone is really good in cold days.

It was better before when it was Evergreen. The menu is very large (the place that used to be next to Evergreen looks like it merged its menu with Big Mama), but the flavor was really lacking. The kimchi wasn't fermented enough either. My kimchi jigae had 1 single piece of pork belly! At least the prices are very reasonable.

First they charged us 116 by accident then didn't give proper change back, food was ok at best, would not recommend coming back, on top of that, they couldn't communicate to us.

The little food counter is located in the back corner of Lotte grocery store. Good authentic Korean food and it's not too expensive. Great for takeout or getting a quick bite after getting some groceries.
