Had the Afgan Chai Latte - Oat Milk version today at DuPont Farmers' Market. Very yummy and reminds me of the Chai that is served in Kerala, India (loaded with cloves & cardamon, with creaminess and right amoung of sweetness!! Hope they have some food next time.

I love getting Bluestone Kabob at Mosaic on Sundays! Their chai is a must they offer a non-dairy version and you can get it iced. The breakfast wrap is so good, and they sell their white sauce separately, which you can put on everything. I’ve grabbed their frozen chicken a few times too it’s perfect for a quick, healthy meal and tastes just like authentic Afghan chicken.

Incredible chai!

Delicious and full of wonderful Afghan spices, the food is tasty without excess oil. The spinach, chickpeas and falafel are my favorites. I put extra portions in my freezer for those days when I don't have time to cook. I also bought kofta, chicken, and baklava for my husband who was delighted. Visit them at the Mosaic Farmers Market on Sundays, or at the Reston F M on Wednesday afternoon. You are likely to find something to enjoy.

I specifically go to Mosaic’s Farmers Market on Sundays to get falafel from Blue Stone Kabob. *Chef’s Kiss*The food comes in easy to storepouches (fridge or freezer). I can microwave the falafel in the pouch after cutting a steam vent. Depending on the meal, I can split pouches into two separate portions.The chicken kabob was also very well seasoned and tender and juicy - even when I heated it up in the microwave. More than enough portion wise that I split it and can make 2 meals out of the pouches. I also get the Korma chickpeas as a side.These ready made meals are so easy to heat up during the busy work week and it’s so satisfying and delicious! I don’t feel like I’m eating at home, I feel like I’m in a restaurant! And try the white sauce - it delicious and goes well on the falafel (and many other foods!)

The Blue Stone Kabob booth at the Mosiac farmer's market has become a destination food location for me, i.e., I go out of my way to make sure I stop by each week for their packaged heat & eat chicken kabobs. They are crazy delicious and wrapped so you don't feel rushed to eat them when you get home. And the family that runs the business seem like lovely people. Can't beat it.

The golden chicken kebabs are out of this world good! Juicy, flavorful perfection! I love them!

The food provided by Blue Stone Kabob-Chantilly was absolutely delicious! They were at La Grange Winery for a Vendor Event on December 9th. We had the Meatballs with rice (fluffy and flavorful) and little salad with the Delicious green sauce (sauce had a great little kick) and the Falafel patty sandwich! The staff (family) were very friendly and informative. Awesome food overall!!!

I had the pleasure of trying Blue Stone Kabob today, and let me tell you, it's a amazing! Every morsel of the kabobs was succulent, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. The rice was really very flavorful and tasty. I was impressed by the generous portion sizes, ensuring you get value for your money. This place is an absolute gem in the chantilly area, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. If you're a fan of authentic Afghan cuisine or just love a good kabob, don't hesitate. Highly recommended! ???

We ordered dinner from Blue Stone Kabob and we are happy that we did! We got the chicken kabob platter and two orders of only the chicken kabobs. Everything was delicious! The chicken kabobs were juicy and seasoned just right. The basmati rice and chickpeas were very tasty as well. We are already looking forward to our next meal from Blue Stone Kabob.

I got the signature chicken kabob platter. The chicken was so tender and flavorful and the chickpeas were one of best ones I’ve had. I got the green sauce and I recommend having that and white sauce with the platter.

We got the Signature Chicken Kabob platter and baklava. The chicken was so juicy, tender and perfectly-seasoned. The baklava was so deliciously rich and decadent with a ton of flavors. I highly recommend this place to anybody who appreciates a good eat!
