Was met with a smile and requested a quiet section for a party of 6 on Saturday early afternoon. Was escorted to a round table and was quickly followed up with exceptional service by Jacqueline who exceeded all expectations, quickly catching drink orders when other couples arrived, and continued to provide superior customer service to everyone serving brunch without delay and with no details overlooked. Went in with my son for a late breakfast. It took more than 5 mins to even be acknowledged by the host and another few minutes to get a table. It really wasn't busy. Staff seemed to be hiding. Finally seated. I checked in on Facebook as usual. I waited 21 minutes with menus open and not one person acknowledged us, nobody even came by to apologize and say something like we are short staffed or anything. I gave up.
