This Bob Evans has become an "eat in" only restaurant. The take-out experience is absolutely horrible. Either they don't have something or they forget parts of your order. I'm tired of having to call back to get manager resolution and that's even a challenge.

Terrible experience !!!?? , I ordered breakfast right around 2:44 PM on Sunday, April 2 and I had to wait 25 minutes for 4 eggs sunny side up , wheat toast and an avocado ?.The waiter she is African-American Jackueline With very disrespectful vocabulary and attitude ..she said Damn , when she took my order. I confront her ask her , why did she said (Damn ) ? and she said (never mind)!! She never brought my avocado , and my toast had butter on it!!? She never came at my table to asking me how I’m doing ? she always look busy!! Obviously she knew what she did lol . I was waiting for my check for another five minutes she never looked at me once !! and then I got up and I went to the register to pay , and then , The cashier charged me $17.99 which the avocado was in the receipt !! I asked the cashier $17 and she said yes !! . I never looked at the receipt because I walked out in a hurry and left . When I got in my car I realized that they put avocado on The receipt . It was a little bit late to go back , and comfort them!! that’s a shame and disrespectful for their customers!!! much respect Bob Evans because it’s a big chain and I’ve been eating at Bob Evans around the country but , I never experience this!!! cheating and stealing from customers.!!!Bob Evans much respect for you but you have to get rid of people like that !! . Cheaters racist uneducated , which are bringing personal problems at work. I cannot tolerate this behavior when I em investing in your restaurant/Business !!!
Best place in the area to take young children! This was our 2nd visit in 6 months with our 2 Grandsons, now ages 3 1/2 and 1 1/2. The Kids Menu was great and the Staff provided excellent service. Our only recommendations to the manager is please replace: 1) the aged and damaged ceiling tiles, 2) the carpet in the dining areaKid-friendliness: Menu with Pictures Helps Kids ? Clean and easy to use highchairs and booster seats helps parents and Grandparents. Endless crying and coloring menu keeps kids busy - better than a tablet screen.

It was my first time coming to bob evans and the service was great, Matthew did it all! he served he greeted and he cooked. He was very attentive and the pancakes were good, I will definitely be coming back in the future. What a great first time at Bob Evans!

Foods is always good if you get what you ordered. The last three times I've ordered from here they've messed the order up. They don't even put a receipt on the bag to make sure everything is in there. Not sure who works at their to go station but they need a new method or a new hire. We will never order from here again unfortunately.

Nice quiet meal. Breakfast, sausage was good, bacon was good. Omelet was more like an egg taco, cheese was barely melted, nothing was embedded in the omelet, it was just sprinkled in and folded. It tasted fine, just got the ingredients in a bit late.
