Apparently the staff here think it's okay to punch people, and the management is protecting them. Don't give them your money

Last night, I was visiting my husband who works in the kitchen of this restaurant. While eating quietly in a corner, the bartender Vicky asked me to move to a table because I was in a corner by the server station. I chose instead to box up my food but as I was doing so, Vicky both verbally and physically assaulted me. I involved the police because to be physically attacked is unacceptable, but because Vicky did this where there were no cameras, they could do nothing. I called the general manager, Cyrus, today to apologize for the disturbance, but instead of being heard, Cyrus told me he didn't want to hear me, that I was banned from the restaurant. So the end result is that general management is more interested in protecting a bartender with a history of physical violence, cussing and screaming at clients, drinking on the job, and screaming at customers' children than protecting the safety and well being of the people who enter this restaurant, and they choose to blame the person she victimized. Both Cyrus and Vicky should lose their jobs. This is simply a disgusting example of being a biased and dismissive, misogynistic base human. I will not let this go and will be heading the magistrate today. I was attacked without provocation because Vicky thought I was being passive aggressive because I was quietly eating in a corner and chose to leave rather than relocate. It's noteworthy that my silence had everything to do with the funeral of my best friend of 25 years ago on Tuesday.

I come in semi regularly. It's always nice to have welcoming service from the bartenders Vicki, Chris and Tara. They remember my drink and my name and it feels like home away from home.

Bartender punches customers and is protected by management. No reason these people should be free to walk the streets, let alone be employed.

Great service, food is not bad at all and the drinks are up to the expectations!
The bartender was so incredible, there was a gentleman sitting at the bar who had some drinks and started to leave without his coat. The bartender (I think his name was Kenny) ran over with his coat and walked him out to the waiting car. The environment was low key and super friendly. We had a whiskey sour, a beer, and chicken fingers with fries for $22.

Morning staff needs to work on hospitality for sure. I got there at 8:45AM which was 45 minutes before they close down for breakfast. Server had literally put my food in a to go container and rushed me out the door at 9:30AM.

Breakfast food was free (complimentary with hotel stay) and decent, but it wasn't anything extra ordinary. I was not impressed with the menu offerings for dinner so I only ate here for the free breakfast.

Bob O’s it’s better than BB! They won’t poor half your beer with foam! This is really just a PSA, don’t go to BB
