Terrible service and the wait staff team is atrocious. The Management staff are totally indifferent to customer concerns and do not make the slightest attempt to address any issues. Totally ruined my Mother's Day experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Terrible service and the management/wait staff team here is atrocious. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

After the Google review I left and the comment from the owner, I came here to say, we won't be back. Who ever does their reviews needs a grammar lesson and some manners. Not worth the price for the so called "experience ". Won't be recommending to friends or clients.

All in all, this steakhouse is a top-tier dining experience, blending a fantastic atmosphere, outstanding food, and exceptional service. It’s a place where every detail is thoughtfully considered, making it an unforgettable choice for any steak lover.

Sat at the bar and the service is very disappointing. Ordered happy hour drinks, appetizers then dinner appetizers and dinner. The bar tenders did not attend to our water refills nor did they come back and check on us in a timely manor. We missed happy hour drinks because the bar tender wouldn't come check in. Service in the past has been great but tonight it was very disappointing....food was good but the lack of service really ruins the dining experience.

Must have James as your server - he’s the best! Very knowledgeable, not pushy, and friendly. The food is delicious. A jazz band played while we were here which was a great touch.

I'm struggling with this review because the food and service were good, but the overall experience was less than satisfying. We probably won't go back.

My wife and I went to an early dinner (for her birthday), and the restaurant was almost empty. We ordered whiskey flights and salads to start. She ordered the Fig, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Salad, which was beautifully presented and tasty. I ordered the Iceberg Wedge, which was similarly very good. But before we could even finish our salads, our entrees were being served. We had no time to thoroughly enjoy our salads, let alone begin tasting our whiskey flights.

On to the entrees. My wife ordered the Seared Salmon which was served with crispy skin. The problem was, the crispy skin was served on the bottom, so it quickly became soggy. And the plate was overwhelmed by a huge portion of broccolini. We like broccolini, but wow. That was a lot. The salmon was tasty, but nothing special.

I ordered the Lobster Ravioli. It was beautifully presented with half of a small lobster tail on top, but the lobster was a little overcooked and was impossible to remove from the shell. I asked the waiter to take the plate back to the kitchen and ask the chef to help remove the lobster from the shell, which he gladly did. When the plate was returned, there were a few small pieces of lobster on top, but enough to make the plate satisfying. The lobster ravioli, and especially the sauce, was delicious.

The problem was, my wife's plate was getting cold while she waited for my plate to be returned to the table. Oh well.

The waiter recommended the Tiramisu for dessert, and he offered it on the house because it was my wife's birthday. And it was delicious.

The last thing I would mention is the 5% Kitchen Service Charge that was automatically added to the bill. In fairness, it is mentioned on the menu (though I didn't notice it). But I was a little taken aback by its addition, given the problem with my Lobster Ravioli. The kitchen's performance wasn't perfect. I'm really put off by these kinds of fees anyway.

Overall, the food was good and the waiter was friendly and attentive. But too many little things added up, and we probably won't go back, especially given how pricey the meal was.

Our first visit to Bourbon Boulevard was a delightful surprise. The owner's warm hospitality was immediately evident, and the attentive staff made us feel right at home. The food was exceptional, with the perfectly cooked steaks being a particular highlight. We can't wait to return to Bourbon Boulevard for another fantastic meal.

Vegetarian options: They made an omelette to accommodate a person in our party. Thank you!

Dietary restrictions: The owner went out of his way to accommodate restrictions. He truly cares about his customers.

Kid-friendliness: Teenage kids enjoyed their steaks.

Wheelchair accessibility: No trouble with a wheelchair in our party. No accessibility concerns.

Very loud with band playing while trying to have a nice dinner, which made it hard to have a conversation.
