New server and not her fault but a manager or supervisor should have helped her. Beers and wine we wanted not available. Salad and entree came at the same time. I don't blame Angel as she was lovely but she should have had more training.
We love the food, so yummy, definitely will come back again.

Absolutely fantastic espresso martini and drinks! Also live music was great!!
First visit; celebrated our family member birthdays. Food, presentation, service, setting and cleanliness was a 5-star rating. Our server Trina, was superb! She receives the highest rating available for servers. The only negative I can say is, I waited too long to try you out. Bourbon Boulevard is a hidden gem. Everyone was excellent!!
Excellent service, incredible food. The best steakhouse in the area. This is a high end steakhouse with live music. Must try restaurant, you will be hooked and keep going back.
Great customer service
Definitely worth it! Tomahawk meal was good enough for at least 3 peeps or more depending how much meat you want in yo mouf! But top selection was $1200, so u will spend a lot but it's most certainly worth it! Highly recommend!
We have been going to this restaurant for several years now especially to celebrate special occasions (birthdays or anniversary). Unfortunately this restaurant has changed since our last visit. Both quality of food and service declined greatly. The waiter declined any sampling of wine and beer. The prices on the menu were much higher than on the website. We still enjoyed live music. We can't recommend this restaurant at this time.
Great ambiance, delicious food and impeccable service. Our server, Heather, was exceptional as she proactively took care of our needs. She made our dining experience seamless.
The service was terrible, I request broccolini in place of the asparagus that came with my meal. I did not get it and was not able to ask my waiter about it, due to him not checking in with us. We were a party of 4 and was there for about 2 hours and only send our waiter about 4 times. This is. It the way to treat a paying customer. Not sure If I will be back.

Most amazing meal experience we have had in years. Everything was top notch, from the food to the service, and everything in between. I don't recall ANY restaurant taking such time with little details to create such a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely go back!
Positive points: Table Side experiences do not disappoint: bourbon cocktails, tomahawk steak and parmesan pasta. Server heard us that we drink a lot of water and had pitchers of water to refill classes often and refilled non-alcoholic drinks for the kids without being asked. Concerns: We are repeat customers so were surprised when our bill arrived and included a 5% surcharge. It was not listed on the menu and I had to ask the server about it. Additionally, when we asked for a refill of basic coffee we were told there are no refills on coffee. What sit down restaurant does not provide refills on basic coffee (especially since the cup it was served in was smaller than an average coffee cup)? Moreover, milk was brought instead of cream with the coffee, when cream was specially requested. The server ultimately brought us cream after we requested it a 2nd time.
I doubt we will return. We had dinner here to celebrate our anniversary and their much touted Tomahawk 32 oz Dry Aged Ribeye. We knew it was going to be pricey but figured it'd be worth it. As we walked through the double doors, a couple came in immediately behind us. There was a gentleman being helped by two ladies at the maître d' stand. One took him to a booth, the other looked up, saw the couple behind us and greeted them big smiles, hi's and hellos. My wife and I just stood there, kind of like, well, ok, guess they're friends. We watched as the hostess and couple exchanged compliments, chit-chatted about the meats on display in the glass cabinets, then stepped passed us, into the main dining room. Eventually, a large man dressed in black came over and asked if we've been helped. I said no. He turned around and started looking for something when the hostess returned and asked if we had reservations. I said yes and gave her my name. She scrolled through her tablet, found our reservation and took us to a table. From there, our server, Tony, took over -- very nice young man, informative, friendly, and attentive. He took our order, described below along with our comments. The remainder of the evening was uneventful and unremarkable – much like our $400+ dinner. Tomahawk Ribeye $169 Was cooked medium-rare, as ordered, with nice looking grill marks. But, except for along the bone and fatty edge, it had little charring. The interior meat appeared and tasted as though it had been cooked sous vide. Although the charred morsels of marbled meat along the bone and edge were delicious, the bulk of the ribeye was near flavorless. Mashed Potatoes$12.00 Dry, cold, and tasteless. Char Grilled Broccolini $14 The floret tips were charred but the broccolini overall was seriously undercooked; it was like chewing on green strips of tree bark. Tiramisu $11. Classic flavor but was small, thin and watery. Surcharge 5% of entire meal $19.70. This is standard for them.
Food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. It is on the higher priced side but you won't be disappointed.
The food was fine, but not amazing. The prices are super high -- $140 per person for 2 appetizers, steak, 3 sides and 1 bottle of wine for 5 people. We ordered calamari, a small portion, with Peppers! I expect peppers to make up the plate at cheaper restaurants but not at this level of restaurant. The oysters Rockefeller were good. The 3 sides were collards, brussel sprouts & potato fondant. Potatoes were a miss - don't bother ordering. The first bread service is free -- and small. They have the nerve to charge you for the second bread service. Again -- at $140 per person, you can't give me bread??? The kicker was the 5% charge over and above the high-priced a la carte steak. We went for the jazz band -- which was good -- but we will not return.
