Perfect steak dinner for Saturday night. Live music was a plus but a bit loud for us. Steak done right with one of the best Mac and cheese side. A good pick for a special occasion.

Great food and drink, the live music was top notch. I was a bit surprised to see how much prices have increased since our last visit. And, I did a Google search to see what discounts might be available. AI said BB offers 15% discount to military, vets and first responders but that was old information. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a fantastic meal, exquisite drinks, and great live music. We're making this a regular thing!

Food was good, but the service was fair. Our server communicated poorly, was inattentive, and one order was incorrectly made.

My wife's initial strip steak was overcooked. Our server agreed and they prepared another steak for her. When they brought it out, this one was raw, not pink, in the center. We were short on time, so they seared the steak and we took it to go. We ordered a baked potato to share with our steaks but that didn't come out until I was almost done with my steak. The staff worked with us to try and resolve these issues to our satisfaction. They even provided a complementary dessert. I have been here before and had a much better experience. I consider this an anomaly.

A very offering of meats and seafood. Great service with great attitudes. Would eat here again

We came for the jazz (Robert Swartx Quartet) which exceeded our expectation. We have heard them before in other venues But once there, the steak, garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were yummy and the crème brûlée was superb. The jazz is mellow enough that one can easily have conversation while dining.

My God, I initially thought: I love this place! We were the only people in the restaurant for hours. But for my spouse's birthday brunch, it was a letdown. The server was unhelpful and inattentive—I had to call three times with questions and to add seating. Then got pulled aside for a surprise cake fee warning. Food was better at LongHorn. Restrooms smelled like raw sewage and weren't cleaned until I asked. Coming from out of town with high hopes from great recommendations, you live and you learn.”

Bourbon Boulevard - Chantilly is great for lunch or dinner. Although the brunch is good, they charge extra for each cup of coffee. I'm not sure why a steak place would actually charge you for average steak sauce? Still the lunch and dinner selections are really good. If you come with live music you can have a great time.

pricy but exceptional in taste, quality and presentation. Looking for something different in a steakhouse- Bourbon Boulevard

We had an amazing dinner at Bourbon Boulevard. The table side services added a flair to the meal that is unmatched. We will definitely be back!

I do not remember my waiters name but he appeared to be of Asian descent. He was well versed on the menu, spoke really well and was very attentive. 5 stars! There was an awkward moment with the manager as we weren't fans of the Mac and cheese. We didn't mention it but the waiter did ask us and we told the truth. The manager came over and inquired further but made a series of faces as it seemed like she couldn't understand what I was saying. She brought the Mac and cheese back out to our table to basically say the comments we made were inaccurate. The faces continued and I eventually just tried to end the conversation by saying maybe it's just personal preference. The waiter did his best to deescalate and to let us know that her additional questions weren't an attempt to accuse of us being difficult. Although I believe him her energy was very strange. Without that interaction the experience would have been almost perfect.

The server was great. The added additional 5% service charge is ridiculous. As a bourbon drinker, I “get it” that you over charge people ($20 per 1.5 oz for bourbon that cost $50 MSRP per bottle) for bourbon. The customer is paying a premium price for the rare bourbon & wine, adding an additional 5% fee that I did not authorize is unfair. I am visiting the area and will not visit this place again.

Second year in a row we celebrated Christmas @ Bourbon Blvd! We will definitely be back next year!!

The food and drink are great. Our server was very good but customer service at the restaurant level could have been better. I made our reservation with a note that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but no mention was made of it until we were leaving. It would have been nicer for the card, chocolates and glass were presented earlier in the meal. The live music is always appreciated but the restaurant is not loud and we enjoy the atmosphere very much.
