Pretty awful customer service. I was just trying to order a cake and I haven’t heard from anyone. I filled out the online form, answered the questions the bakery had, and I haven’t heard from them in a week. Obviously the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It’s been over a week 🤷♂️Sorry,
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
My daughter and I attended a DIY cake decorating session. We had a great time, staff was wonderful, and the cake turned out great! It is a little pricey, but worth it for special occasions!
Great experience on a birthday party with the DIY cake decoration activity. Great for elementary school kids.
So much fun doing the cupcake decorations. We'd come back and do it again!
Thanks Cake Time for a great decorating session. This is a fun DIY project for all. Plus the benefit of a tasty cake to share with family & friends.
So much fun for the whole family!
I wanted to love this place but their pastries are not good. The cupcake I had tasted old and the Nutella cheesecake tasted like nothing. Very expensive experience. Customer service was great tho.
We recently had a wonderful birthday party here for 12 kids. Caketime’s manager and staff were great to work with and went the extra mile to make the experience special. They kindly worked through many details in advance, and were very helpful the day of. They had good ideas for a custom cake (and it was delicious). The birthday kid just asked for me to give it 6 stars…
Came here for a 6 year old birthday party. This was really unique and hands on for the kids. They were able to create their very own cupcake. I thought it was so cute to see them use their imaginations and get creative. This could even be a cute date night!
Day old donuts, didnt get our coffees until we ate our hard donuts. The breakfast sandwiches were ok at best.

Had a themed cake made here and oh my goodness nit only was it professionally done and BEAUTIFUL it tasted wonderful!! Ordering was super easy, they were very responsive with my order while I was designing and pick up was just as easy. I am only coming here for special occasion cakes. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Cake Time!

I wanted to love this place. The interior is very clean and vibrant and it seems like a cute premise for a birthday party, whether for adults or kids. Staff was very friendly to me. I got a flavored latte tea and it took longer than I would have expected, 2 of the staff were arguing while they helped each other make it, and it was really weakly flavored, like it wasn't brewed long enough even though it took several minutes to make and I was literally the only customer the entire time. I would have stayed twice as long for a properly made tea, and it wasn't cheap. I also got a cupcake and cake pop. The cake of the cupcake didn't taste like it was made today and the butter in the buttercream frosting tasted like the refrigerator and other food. Like either the butter, the icing or the cupcake weren't being stored properly or were all old. The cupcake had fruit preserves in it, and that wasn't very fresh or good tasting either. The cake pop was mostly fondant, which would be fine if it was fresh, but it also tasted stale, like the refrigerator and other food.
Other items I could see in the baked goods case included cookies with cracked and old looking icing, loose/unsealed. I can only imagine they tasted stale, but they weren't fresh looking enough to try.
On the whole, it's a very cute concept for a location, I could see maybe ordering a custom fresh cake from them, and I might even have my son's birthday party there one day, but I won't be purchasing anymore of their pre-made goods. With the lack of foot traffic while I was there midday and the odd location/invisibility from the street, I can't imagine them lasting long when there are much better and cheaper options nearby.

Cake Time is the best cake shop in town, complete with a kid's section and story time every Wednesday. I stumbled upon this delightful place by accident; my real estate appointment was delayed due to the rain, so I decided to grab a coffee. The sign for Cake Time caught my eye, and I asked if they served coffee. I ended up staying for 40 minutes, enjoying some delicious cake and a wonderfully strong coffee. The crew there is incredibly positive and vibrant. Supporting local businesses like this is a great way to enrich our community—definitely worth a visit!Help your local businesses like these.

Does that look like a $90 cake? I’ll let you decide. A generic 6 inch cake is $15 at Wegmans or $30 from a bakery.
I was trying to do something special for my wife so I sent them a picture of our dog that she loves so much. After I picked it up I almost ran to Wegmans for a new cake, but I decided to give it to her so we’d have a story to laugh about. I certainly couldn’t give it to her with a straight face and not acknowledge that it looks more Nailed It than Is it Cake.
They also didn’t add the dog’s name or the happy birthday name plate, which they offered to do. I emailed them twice and they didn’t respond after I paid them. I wasn’t even sure if they were making the cake until I got an email the day before.
It tasted fine. Wegmans quality, nothing special.
My daughter did a summer camp here and it was her favorite week of the whole summer!
