Since 2024 i haven’t seen any problem with this location. So its a five star from me They are much cleaner and respectful than Macdonald which on the opposite side of the main road. The only suggestion i have is to add trash bins on the parking so, some people like me wants to eat my food in my car but when i am done there is no trash can.

I ordered 3 meals with extra medium fries. I was asked to wait at the waiting spot. They came with a bag of the meals, but no drinks, after giving me the drinks, I found no straws. When I went back home, I found they forgot to give me the extra medium fries I ordered. But it was on the receipt.

I can confidently say that Chick-fil-A is one of my go-to places, especially for breakfast. Every time I visit this particular location, the service is incredibly fast and efficient, even during the busy morning rush. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. They consistently greet me with a smile, and it’s clear they care about providing top-notch service.
Another thing I love is how reliable they are when it comes to getting my order right. I’ve never had to worry about receiving the wrong item or something being left out of my bag. Everything is prepared exactly how I ordered it, which makes my mornings that much easier.

I came for breakfast because DoorDash was experiencing technical difficulties and when I expressed that to a member named Michael he was very helpful and nice I’m leaving this review because of how generous he was. Breakfast was great I will be back again. Outstanding service.

(Yummy) I had a five star review with great words about the service. .terrible manager service from time to time...lately they have been getting my orders wrong ?. some times the chicken has soft spots on it under cooked...which ive never had before...and they canceled my husdbands order when he already put it in for pick up just because I was a little late which has never happen to me ?Then I tried talking to the manager and she hung the phone up on me I had to call some one above the manage which I've never had to do this makes me wanna go tell others how aggravated I'm am ...this is a tiny issue which could have been resolved?I've over looked the other issues but when she hung up on me I couldn't even tell her that they gave me a fries last night instead of a soup and they told me to tell the manager in the morning about my complaint for a refund or help.): The last guy was a nicer manager this lady is a horrible manager with terrible manners and the guy manager there has very nice manners but the woman has no care or respect for customers.
I just love the service here. There are a lot of younger people serving you and they are so we'll trained. It really makes me proud and hopeful for the workforce that they will move on to. Hopefully they can spread that work ethic. Gteat place to make a customer feel valued.

I recently visited this location and ordered a sausage egg and cheese meal and when I left realized the sandwich was lukewarm and the cheese was cold, straight out of the package. I return today and order the same thing; ask the person taking my order to please make sure the sandwich is warmed and the cheese isnt cold; she tells me she will see what she could do. I get to the window and pay; they hand me the bag, once I check the cheese is cold again and sandwich lukewarm. I tell the person who is handing out the orders can it be warmed and she tells Emily who seems to a manager or supervisor. Emily tells me they have too many sandwiches waiting on the oven so basically I had to take my sandwich as is. I have never had a bad customer service experience at chik fil a and today was very disappointing. If the oven is the issue thats something that the owners need to fix but telling a paying customer she has to take a cold $8 sandwich isnt the answer.
