I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A because the food is good and the service is fast, but I had a disappointing experience recently with Michell. I was waiting for a curbside order near the stand area, and when one of her employees made a small mistake, she rolled her eyes and let out a loud sigh. I don’t think it’s right for a manager to treat young kids like that, especially when they’re already working so hard. On top of that, I feel bad seeing these kids standing out in the scorching sun or freezing cold for hours. The food is consistently good, but management should do better when it comes to respecting employees and looking after their well-being.

It's unfortunate, but I'm tired of this location. The orders are never right, always missing items. And yes, they're always willing to fix it no problem, but you can only do that so many times before I might as well put on the uniform myself and pack my order.
It's always the fries missing with a meal and the sauces.
I understand when they're busy, but I have gone out of my way to go during their non busy hours and it's the same.
So just be cautious and check your meals before leaving.

Friendly service, good fast food, clean restaurant. It can get busy, but have not seen it crazy busy like some other Chick-fil-A's. Definitely still a good clean restaurant after all these years.

I’ve had ongoing issues with this Chick-fil-A location. My apps orders for Drive-thru pick up are rarely right, missing items like salad dressing or grilled nuggets, which forced me to return and wait again. Today I came back just to use an expiring reward, and they forgot the straws for my milkshakes. I never have these problems at other locations. Disappointing service here.

I was having a really bad day, that is, until I saw Harish Paruthipathu, through the drive through window. His warm smile and perky voice resonated through my mind like a kind memory. My encounter with him stuck with me, like a tapeworm or happiness. If my dreams could come true, Harish would be the only chik fil a worker if would have the pleasure of encountering in the future.
