Shawn took great care of us during our visit. He kept an eye on our table in a low key way, checking in a couple of times to make sure we were doing okay. He made sure we had the sauces we wanted, offered refills before we had to ask, and cleared our trays as soon as we were finished. We left with fresh refills of lemonade and the feeling that we had really been looked after. Shawn was friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal easy.

Food and service is bad. Food is stale so clearly miss handled and improperly stored. Service is some of the worst, I have seen crews look dead but never that lazy and unmotivated that they can't figure out where an order that is right next to their elbow is. Probably some of the worst places I have seen in fast food for awhile, can't recommend. Go to the one on 50, they rock.

This has to be the worst chick fil a location ever with worst customer service and management. They had missed food items which were part of the order. It was ordered in app for drive through and on walking inside the store the staff had ignored and the manager will walk away instead of fulfilling the order
