Found a piece of hair at the bottom of waffle fries after I put mouth without see it but felt something touch my top of my mouth that did not feel like the waffle fries and took out and saw the hair on the waffle fries.

Very poor handling of my complaint. After telling me they would call me, they NEVER did so. When I told them I was going to take the product to exchange it for the correct one, they told me not to go because they wouldn't exchange it. $15 stolen for a gallon of juice.

I hate to give a Chick-fil-A such a low rating for service, but the disproportionate prioritization of counter orders ahead of app orders at this specific location has forced me to do so. There's no point in ordering on the app at this location; they'll delay your order until all counter orders are filled. I watched them do it.

Located by the Dulles Expo center, this chick fil a retains the consistency between food and customer service that the company holds as standard across their many locations. Food was served hot and quickly, and the staff were friendly and pleasured to be at our service. Can’t go wrong with consistency, a solid place for a quick meal.

I waited awhile before posting this review for consistency. I often come here and purchase the Chicken Minis for breakfast. I've actually waited, then come back after several months and purchase them again, always with the same result; they are always overcooking the buns for the minis. The buns for these things are always hard and brown. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't they supposed to be soft golden and buttery? I always end up with dry, hard, brittle, and yes, brown.
I am done purchasing Chicken Minis from this establishment.
