As always I rate this on a fast food scale….but it’s top notch. Got the grilled chicken with the wheat bun and that was excellent. Lots of seating, clean, the usual helpful/friendly/efficient staff. Play place that was cleaner than most I’ve been to.

I am writing this under my friend's account. I tried calling at 7:20pm, but nobody answered.
I came in today after work and the ticket # is 3610. So, the guy taking my order didn't listen. He was tapping the register when I came up, kinda seemed like it was an insinuation of me to hurry up. I wasn't ready to order yet, because I was still looking at the menu for a minute. I asked for a sweet tea, light ice with my meal and he went over to the lemonade to start pouring...I was like no,no,no, I asked for a sweet tea. Not sure why or how he got lemonade from what I said. I didnt ask for an arnold palmer, jut a sweet tea, lite ice. The lady gave me a free brownie for the mess up, which was nice. But, what really is making me reach out is that I asked for a 12 count nugget for the order, and after I left and opened the bag to eat it, I only have a 4 count nugget. I didn't see this until after I left. But, I have never had a messed up order before at any Chick-fil-A. I feel like they are not really paying attention, or maybe they are overwhelmed or having a long day, but I got charged for a lemonade when it was sweet tea, compensated by a brownie... I know it's only 34 cents difference, which was nice of them to compensate more for the mix up. But how come I got a 4 count nugget when I asked for a 12 count? Are they making them different now? I have some photos to prove the items I got. Paid for a 12 count, but received a 4 count. I'm just kinda disappointed in the experience. I feel like the order was messed up from the get-go from the one who took the order at Chantilly, 4:01pm. Maybe get more training for the store or figure out why two errors were made on 1 order. Thanks.

I used to love the Cobb Salad from Chick-fil-A and ordered it regularly — until I found a dead bug in mine the day after purchasing it from this store. I was horrified, especially because I have a sensitive stomach and had already eaten part of the salad the night before.
I submitted a complaint through Chick-fil-A CARES and emailed and sent photos to management. While I eventually received a refund after calling the store myself, no one followed up to offer a resolution or even acknowledge the issue beyond asking for photos.
I’m sharing this to raise awareness. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled matters. I’m disappointed and won’t be ordering salads from here again.
I am usually pretty impressed with the crew at this location.
I stop at this Chick Fil A about twice a week. Even when the employees are busy they always follow protocol. They say hi. They ask for your name. Then they verify your order at each step along the way - even at the drive through.
I cannot remember a time when the french fries I ordered were not fresh. They are usually like they just came out of the fryer. So that is nice.
I think that all of the people here honestly are trying to do a good job. And that they are people who want to be employed and have a job. That is very respectable.

I don't know what Chick Fila A did to the chicken and fries. The chicken has a strange taste at times, and the fries go stale quickly. I wish they didn't change the recipes! If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I’m writing to express concern about a recent experience at your [location] Chick-fil-A. During my visit, I was in the drive-thru behind a vehicle with a dog sitting in the driver’s seat. I witnessed one of your team members, who was handing out food orders, pet the dog on its head and place her hand under the dog’s lower lip and tongue area.
Immediately afterward, the same employee handed me my food without washing or sanitizing her hands.
I called the restaurant to share my concerns and highlight the potential health risks involved in this interaction. However, based on the response I received, I’m not confident that the issue will be addressed or that any corrective action will be taken with the employee involved or others who may be doing the same.
As a result, I was left with food that I no longer felt comfortable eating due to this unsanitary handling.
I hope this message helps raise awareness of the importance of proper hygiene and food safety practices. I would appreciate knowing how this situation is being addressed to ensure it doesn’t happen to other customers in the future.
