I echo the other review “ Worst CfA in NOVA by far.”

Food and service at the Fairfax 22033 location and other locations have always been top notch , this is the second time I’m visiting this location, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a CFA.

1, they didn’t give me the 2 juice boxes that came with the 2 kids meals I’ve ordered.

2, when I went back to the counter, they had 3-4 workers standing there but no one came to greet me or to ask me if I would like to order, I’ve waited for a while then had to speak up to get their attention.

3, they were very slow and unapologetic, took the order for another burger , but got the wrong order AGAIN. When I went back there again for this issue, they gave me attitude and the manager basically blew up at the worker that made the wrong order which is very unprofessional in front of customers. Neither the worker not the manager apologized for all the mistakes that have caused me so much inconvenience.

4, brought me the juice but STILL only got 1 when 2 was missing , had to show them the receipt again.

5, the grilled chicken was hard to chew so we’ve basically spit everything out, didn’t even mention to them because we’ve already wasted enough time on all the mistakes they’ve made. All those have made my daughter 20 minutes late for her Art class.

Unbelievably bad atmosphere and won’t ever return to this location again. Management definitely has issues. How do you manage to mess up this much in just one visit?

Food is exactly the same as every other Chick-fil-A. Service at this location was a bid lackadaisical comparatively.

Liz is a horrible customer service manager there was a cockroach in my food and it would not replace the order because I threw away the receipt go elsewhere

We ordered over $87 in food and my so did dime get his meal. Have tried to call and they aren’t answering the phone. Won’t be returning.

Drive-thru is horrible! They really need to learn how to park orders that’ll take time to complete.

Summary: New to the area, went for the first time, & will not be going back.

This may just be my situation but sharing anyway, just in case. After eating it I had stomach pains and diarrhea for the rest of the day. This is not the first time Chick-fil-A has done this to me but definitely the fastest it's happen and strongest it's felt. I thought maybe it was something else because it usually takes a day but this time it was about 40 minutes after and I'd had nothing else.

I don't know what y'all are doing in the kitchen but it's not cool.
