Slow service. Untrained staff. Stingy portion sizes. This is the closest Chipotle to me so I've given them more chances than I probably should have. Yet each new experience has a way of putting me in a bad mood by the time I leave. Hope is not lost for this store. I just think Corporate needs to put some serious QC efforts into this location so that it meets the standards I've come to expect from multiple dozens of other locations.

This is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Tried giving it a second chance and it’s just as shitty every time. Dude gave me a scoop and maybe quarter of another scoop of rice. It’s just 2 scoops everywhere else. I pay for double chicken. Dude gives me one scoop, and then shakes half of the second scoop back into the bin. Like I paid for double not 1/2 extra. Dude legit even only gave me half a ladle of sauce. And it was all so intentional like he’d thought he’d get old yeller’d out back if they found out he gave normal portions. If y’all are so toxic on cutting costs that you are going to have me watch through the glass as I get jipped, then just close the store lmao. Like, it wasn’t even during a rush. It was 4pm lmao. The chipotle down the road by Wegmans is 1000% better. Never coming here again. Also dude moved slower than anyone I’ve ever seen. I hope he was high. If not he’s been possessed by a tortoise.

Came in for lunch with my kids at 3pm. It was not busy, all the tables were dirty since lunch time. They don't have high chair for little kids so i had to squish my 15 month old daughter at the boot that wasn't cleaned cuz i cant put her at the bar stools or regular chair. It was just uncomfortable. We couldn't have a normal meal. I got her a kids meal and they asked me about the drink, I ordered the milk they didn give me milk or said anything. I had to go ask second time, then they said they dont have milk... Only had forks in the stand with the plastic utensils. Poured me a what i thought is a watermelon lemonade, but it definitely tasted like grapefruit. Definitely not upholding the standards.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at Chipotle. I placed an order with five different meals, and not a single one was labeled, making it nearly impossible to figure out who got what.

On top of that, my own order was completely wrong. I paid extra for steak and received none. I have a bean allergy, and despite clearly not ordering beans, they were added which could have led to a serious health issue. To make matters worse, I did not request guacamole, and it was included anyway.

This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when allergies are involved and customers are paying extra for items they don’t receive. I expect better quality control and attention to detail from a brand like Chipotle.

I won’t be returning to this location and will think twice before ordering again.

Don't order online at this chipotle. I got about 8 small cubes of steak for an entire bowl. Go in person, its much better with the portions

Ordered a kid's meal and a chicken bowl to go. Chicken bowl portion was small. Kid's meal is missing the apple juice. Not the first time this has happened. I would come home and find the guac missing if I ordered guac on the side. There's always something missing half the time I come here. I always leave tip as well. Never again will I come here.

I asked for double meat this is my 4th time here every single time they put so little even tho i ask for more, rice wasn’t that good. Don’t get me wrong i love chipotle but this specific store is not it. If you are going to get burrito don’t get it from here, i had one bowl and one burrito, for the burrito i asked for double meat and cheese thats it, burrito was so small i am probably not comin here again. Thanks for listening.

This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery from them, got up charges, then got the tiniest amount of protein… I ordered the smoked brisket. It was 17$ I got literally a couple bits of meat. It used to be a decent portion. Beware if you order.
