I ordered a regular chicken burrito, and the server tried to charge me for meat double even when I told them I ordered a regular. I had to argue with the staff, the initial male server was good, but the two ladies need to chill out, and stop being so cheap.

This place was so dirty. The trash was overflowing. There was food on the floor and on the tables. It was a madhouse. This is the second Chipotle that I've been to that has been like this. I would recommend not going here unless you have a strong stomach.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive staff. This same issue has happened multiple times — when you come to pick up an order, they ignore you for several minutes without saying a word. No acknowledgment, no update, nothing. Another driver waiting beside me agreed about the constant delays. A few employees are professional, but too many just stand around pretending to be “busy” instead of simply asking if you’re picking up or providing a quick update. Pickup orders are supposed to be ready by the pickup time. Instead of acting arrogant and rude, try doing the job correctly and respecting people’s time. Truly sad and low quality service.

Update: On a recent visit multiple staff members have checked in with me during pickups. It was a noticeable improvement, and I appreciate the effort. Hopefully this becomes the standard moving forward thank you👍

This chipotle has some of the worst food I’ve ever tasted. The service is fine and the location is decent, but the food quality has deteriorated drastically. Chicken with weird, gristle textures, steak that’s intentionally cooked over well done, and occasionally slimy vegetables. Not worth the money. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

I was impressed by the taste of the food, I went between 11:30 and 12 am and I really liked the atmosphere, everyone with a smile, they greet you before asking you what you want on your plate, the portions were super good, my favorite was the white rice, its flavor was spectacular, really grateful for the customer service and the food, 10/10! 🤩🤩

Concern About Staff Behavior
I wanted to share my concern regarding an experience at your restaurant today around 5:30 PM. My daughter and her friend asked if a burrito could be cut in half, but the staff member responded rudely, scolded them, and then made remarks to coworkers that came across as mocking.
The girls are middle school students who are still learning, and this left them feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. While I understand if certain requests cannot be accommodated, I kindly ask that staff treat all customers—especially children—with patience and respect.

I came here for lunch and I saw there carne casada looked delicious so that’s what I asked for but the guy serving looked like he was scared on adding my protein to my bowl it was half of the serving spoon and when I asked for more I kid you not he literally only added 2 (2) pieces of meat so I gave him a look like seriously then I said add more please so of course he responds as extra meat?? Extra charge so what am I to say sure is this what chipotle is doing now so they can get the extra charge???
