Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service was fairly quick but every single worker was noticeably upset or frustrated. Left witb my to go order leaking out of the container and bag, terrible.

I asked for double meat this is my 4th time here every single time they put so little even tho i ask for more, rice wasn’t that good. Don’t get me wrong i love chipotle but this specific store is not it. If you are going to get burrito don’t get it from here, i had one bowl and one burrito, for the burrito i asked for double meat and cheese thats it, burrito was so small i am probably not comin here again. They put avocado, cheese and chicken as if you were not paying for 6 pieces of chicken and if you say it's too little they want to charge you extra chicken

This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery from them, got up charges, then got the tiniest amount of protein… I ordered the smoked brisket. It was 17$ I got literally a couple bits of meat. It used to be a decent portion. Beware if you order.

Asked if there was cilantro in the rice because of allergies. The server said yes but that they had plain rice. Said we'd like the plain white rice then. Instead of using a clean serving spoon, they used the one for the rice with cilantro. When we said something about it, they looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language. He set that rice aside. He then proceeded to scoop the rice using a clean serving spoon, but from the container that had just been contaminated with the other spoon. Not a good experience.

This chipotle is not good, the portion sizes they gave were small. I requested double chicken and I watched the worker scope the chicken and shake some out of the spoon. I told her I’m paying for double chicken please give me double chicken. She looked at me confused and did the same thing. When I asked for cheese the next workers only picked up enough cheese with three fingers. I again had to ask for more. It’s like pulling teeth to get good portion sizes at this location.

It’s frustrating when a place you expect good service from falls short. Besides the lack of friendliness and impatience, it sounds like the portion sizes didn’t meet expectations either, which can really diminish the experience. Not receiving a proper serving size might make you feel shortchanged, especially given Chipotle’s typical portions. Hopefully, management takes note of these issues, as consistency in customer service and portion sizes are essential for a fast-casual dining experience.

Chipotle is one of the best food option whenever we think of some easy and fast options to save time. Recently went there and the guy who was serving added whatever the person was suggesting on my bowl, didn’t even say anything but just pushed it off to us. We were OK to have it but then thinking of the way he didn’t even say anything about it (apologize / option to redo it) made me think what was he thinking. Main concern was they added hot sauce so much and we were mainly getting steak bowl for our 5 yrs old. We had to get a new one for the kid separately. I know mistakes happen and most of the customers adjust with it but no word on the mistakes from their end is not good.

One of the better Chipotles. Good portions in the burritos with average flavor so good. The men's room was soaked with urine everywhere.
