Extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive staff. This same issue has happened multiple times — when you come to pick up an order, they ignore you for several minutes without saying a word. No acknowledgment, no update, nothing. Another driver waiting beside me agreed about the constant delays. A few employees are professional, but too many just stand around pretending to be “busy” instead of simply asking if you’re picking up or providing a quick update. Pickup orders...

I was impressed by the taste of the food, I went between 11:30 and 12 am and I really liked the atmosphere, everyone with a smile, they greet you before asking you what you want on your plate, the portions were super good, my favorite was the white rice, its flavor was spectacular, really grateful for the customer service and the food, 10/10! 🤩🤩

Asked if there was cilantro in the rice because of allergies. The server said yes but that they had plain rice. Said we'd like the plain white rice then. Instead of using a clean serving spoon, they used the one for the rice with cilantro. When we said something about it, they looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language. He set that rice aside. He then proceeded to scoop the rice using a clean serving spoon, but from the container that had just been contaminated...
