Great fish sampler. My number one go to for fresh fish.
I ordered the Trout platter at Dave’s Seafood and was extremely disappointed. The fish was unbelievably bland, and to make matters worse, even the hot sauce had no flavor. I’ve never had a meal so lacking in taste. If you’re looking for good food, this is definitely not the place. I do not recommend it.

Absolute amazing place to eat traditional fried American food done right by Americans! The prices are fair and there’s a good variety of drinks and sides. The mac & cheese is amazing no matter what that other guy says. To the guy that said it’s not American owned anymore, it most certainly is I guess you just got a problem on what kind of Americans they are. Also, pretty sure they are Korean. Or at least that’s what my Chinese Buddy tells me! But since it is Asian American owned now we are forced to eat with chopsticks.

Very clean. Nice staff. Tasty food but prices have really jumped up recently and the portion was much smaller than it has been.

It’s beyond me how this place has almost 5 stars, I’m not the type to leave a bad review at a place at all but the food was so bad I had to. At one point it was definitely American owned, given that they have Mumbo wings (a DC thing). But it is most definitely not anymore. Everyone in there is Chinese and barely speaks English. The fried rice is from those microwaveable rice bags you buy at the grocery store Mac and cheese was cold, no flavor. Tasted like it was microwaved. The whiting was terrible. Stale, hard, no flavor. It looked like a place that has been around, local to Chantilly for decades, but the ownership has definitely changed. Food is horrible.

Fried fish platters are good but a little too salty. Great value for the price and tasty.

There used to be a Fairfax location in the 2000s and I thought all hope was lost. Turns out they just relocated! Same ol' wings, reasonable prices considering the portions, and delicious!

The best local option to get fried fish without going out to the city.

I been coming here for years.. not sure what's going on... but paid for extra steak on the steak n cheese and it was a joke. Got extra this time cuz last few times they cut down on the steak but turns out, paying extra didn't make a difference, AT ALL. But really, i go for those jumbo whole wings so.. as long as the wings n mambo sauce don't change.. i have no choice cuz im addicted to the old school DC style whole wings.

Good food with a Louisiana flavor and style. Customer service lacking due to language barrier. Hard to place an order over the phone.

Good flounder, almost exactly the taste I expected from this kind of restaurant. Very good for what it is: a small seafood and sandwich shop.
