The fried chicken wings are the best in town, Reminds me of the wings from the Chinese restaurants in New York. Fried to perfection. And they are whole wings not chopped up. If you get the wings, make sure you get the mumbo sauce YUM.

Called in order but felt rushed when ordering. Was treated better when picking up food. Staff made sure extra sauce was in bag and itemized the order as requested. Staff was respectful and nice in person. Food was awesome as
I have come here many times for seafood. The whitening and catfish are great. The sides such as greens, fried rices, and French fries are delicious. The hush puppies are good too.

The fried trout and catfish were excellent--crispy (not too much batter), hot, with good portions. I enjoyed the tender collard greens and tasty potato salad, though I wish the portion of the potato salad was a little bigger. The hush puppies had great flavor but were cooked slightly harder than I prefer. However, the trout was so good I came back the very next day for another order. I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

First off, this is not a date night destination. So, let's get that straight. Atmosphere is not what you're here for. You're here, no doubt, for some no frills, good old fried seafood. Good news is they gotcha covered in that department. More good news is that prices are very low. I've spent more on lunch at a sub shop than I did on my seafood dinner. So, props for that.Bad news is that I ordered the fried oysters and I'm sorry I did. The portion was small and the oysters tasted bad. I couldn't really figure out if the oysters were spoiled or just poor quality. Fortunately, the fried okra was very good, and hush puppies were good. My wife had the fried seafood combination platter with whiting, shrimp, imitation crab meat "sticks" and scallops. It was OK. The fried whiting was decent. Shrimp was ok.But, alas, we don't be back.
