The location at Peacock Market Plaza #125 South Riding VA 20152.
Extremely rude. I called to place an order because the app was not working and told me to call the store. When I called the store the person who answered was extremely rude and told me to use the app because he DID NOT HAVE TIME TO TAKE MY ORDER. Wow! Needless to say, I will be going back to avoiding doing business with Dominos.

I definitely do not write many reviews, but I had to write this one. This specific Domino’s location - the worst manager (if he is the actual manager, because he kept telling me he will let the general manager/supervisor know, yet he said he is the manager?). His responses to my questions about why the pizza was delivered overcooked and cold and also looked like cardboard were all inexcusable. He basically just kept answering “It depends on the person cooking it.” I responded — so my past 2 delivery orders, including tonight’s, the same person cooked it or all the employees cook this way? So then I asked what does that say about Domino’s quality check? He said they are high schoolers. It does NOT matter what age they are - make sure they are up to speed on quality, even being a fast food pizza place.

The manager then try to make me the “bad” guy asking why I cursed at him, I cursed at him once because he was giving me run around, being very rude and argumentative, with the lame excuses for the bad quality pizza, instead of apologizing for the bad quality pizza. It is called giving good customer service, which is lacking at this Domino’s location. He wanted to focus on my one time cursing? Interesting. I do not generally curse, unless it is for good and sound reason, and with his continual rude and argumentative attitude, that is why I cursed once at him. He did finally offer and will refund tonight’s pizza order, which I appreciated. But I did not appreciate when I asked how will I know when I receive the refund. He gave me the run around again before finally answering that it will be via email. This “manager” should not be a manager because he does not know how to mitigate complaints, professionally. Instead, he will try to make you look bad and also blame it on the workers.

Looks like the other negative reviews have similar complaints, not just about the bad quality pizza, but also including and especially about the manager.

This South Riding Domino’s used to be pretty good, with both pizza quality and management, until the last few months (definitely must be a new “manager”). I definitely won’t be ordering from this Donino’s again.

The photo I attached - I couldn’t hold up the whole pizza, so showing 3 pieces to reflect how overcooked and thin (I ordered hand tossed) the pizza was when it first came. Before this order and the previous order, the pizzas would always be delivered piping hot, the cheese cooked just right, including stretchy and gooey. Also, they forgot the garlic butter crust - again.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! We've been customers for YEARS because my kids like it. We have two doors and they consistently go to the wrong door, even though directions are noted on my account. They've left our food sitting outside on three separate occasions! The last time was Tuesday. When I called, I asked for a manager. Sam said the manager wasn't there. I explained that the driver pounded on the wrong door, hard enough to rattle the window next to it. When my son went to answer it, he opened the door and the pizza's were sitting on a table outside. Sam said the driver, Mohamed was old and was probably stressed out (not very kind of him to say). I asked for my money back and Sam put me on hold. We then got disconnected. When I called back, guess who answered the phone?! Sanjay, the store manager! So Sam lied! I tried explaining what happened to Sanjay. He proceeded to tell me I've had other complaints and that I'm the only one who complains. That's definitely not true. Read their reviews! Sanji was rude and very argumentative! I asked him to look at the previous complaints (missing items, going to the wrong door, leaving pizzas outside, burned pizza, a huge air bubble looking area on pizza with no sauce) and that they were a reflection of his poor management and training of his employees. Sanjay eventually apologized and offered to put two free pizzas on my account. Tonight (12.12.25), I called to order the two pizzas. I was told by the supervisor on duty that the pizzas were on my account, but that Sanjay put a note on my account that because of my complaints, I would need to come to the restaurant and speak with him! Their customer service, specifically Sanjay's customer service, is the WORST!! There are way too many good pizza places around here to deal with this place!!

Product is often made incorrectly or arrives cold. The few times I've called to have issue resolved they argue with you instead of fixing issue. Don't give them your hard earned money.

My food is always good and delivery is fast because i’m close by, but there’s always something that ends up missing; a drink, a dip cup, etc. It gets annoying after a while to not have a full order and it happens way too frequently. I have ordered here for years and usually if i call, the manager or owner is nice at trying to compensate…but, with a toddler i can’t just go out for the item or I wouldn’t have it delivered. Please, make sure your drivers are leaving with everything in the order!

In hindsight I should have taken pics but just wanted to send the video to my kids as a WTF moment. I don’t post many bad reviews as it needs to be really bad to call something out. This was really bad.
The good: The pizza got here fast and was hot when it arrived. The delivery was flawless.
The bad: There was a section missing from one side of the pizza! See video. This was a 6 topping pizza with extra cheese and you could still see the sauce below the ingredients. Each ingredient was so sparse you could barely find them. This was a “Thin and Crispy” crust that while thin, was undercooked and not crispy. There was an off flavor as though something was just not right. I think it was the Italian sausage. (I did not get sick) It was just an odd flavor.
Conclusion: South Riding VA has 16 pizza options within 15 minutes. If you like to see toppings and cheesy goodness on top of a crispy crust, perhaps look elsewhere.

I order pizza every Saturday for my dealership employees from them, and they never disappoint. They always call ahead to confirm the delivery time, and the pizza consistently arrives hot and fresh. They even go the extra mile by including extra cups, plates, and utensils without me having to ask. Great service every single time!

Worst dominos in the area. Took 40 mins to pickup one large pizza. Order showed ready on screen even though it wasn't even put in oven. Mass confusion with all the employees operating this location. Bare hands on dough. Wasn't made as ordered and looked so sloppy, too much crust and cut totally wack. Rude and unprofessional. Go to the others around!
