I went there to picked up my order and only person there was a girl who was cutting chicken nuggets with scissors. I waited there and no one came to I asked politely “Excuse me I am here to pick up order” she turned looked at me and didn’t reply. I asked again and she banged her scissors on the workstation where she was working and handed my pizza with full rage. Pathetic customer service. Highly disappointed that you guys hire such people to work.

I recently ordered from Domino’s Pizza, and it was a terrible experience. The pizza arrived cold and soggy, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. The crust was undercooked and doughy, making it almost inedible. To make matters worse, the delivery was late, and the customer service was unhelpful when I called to complain. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again. We called the place they picked up, they were so rude this guy claiming he’s the “owner” cursed us out and was very disrespectful.

I placed an order for three pizzas, a salad, and two 2-liter sodas for some guys who were doing work at our church. I had the pleasure of having Ian deliver our order. From place the order to delivery, it took less than 30 minutes and everything was correct. I appreciated being able to tip and track every step of the process through their website. I was also able to use a coupon which the website made easy. Our building is a bit confusing geographically and Ian called me to confirm our location. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

One the worst service and bad tasting pasta, Pizza and sandwich. I tried other Dominos this location is the worst all the food has burned smell and burned pieces. It's was a pickup. All the employee do look serious to work their. Never going back

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Domino's Pizza located at South Point Drive. I placed an order and patiently waited for over an hour, only to receive a call from the store saying they would not be delivering my pizza because they were closing in 15 minutes. This was very upsetting, especially since the tracker showed that my pizza had already been sent out for delivery. To make matters worse, the store employee who called me was extremely rude, saying they opted to refuse to service my order because they were trying to clean up and leave. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this location again.

To make matters worse they still charged me for my order instead of refunding it because the register was already closed out.

I have been going to this branch for a long time and everything was kind of average before Jason Smith (Store Manager) took over and start managing. Everything from food quality, customer service, wait time improved big time. Keep up the good work Jason.

My driver, Sabrina, was very sweet and considerate! I am currently renting and I left a note to not knock on the main door and luckily I waited outside for the pizza. She was about to send me a text and offered me dips, she was so sweet!!

Obviously, Domino's does its job best with cheap and greasy pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza and the lava cakes. It was nice and comforting! :)

Following a pickup order, the person who ran my order through the system fraudulently added a tip to my order that I never authorized. Following inquiring over the phone to the location, the team member says it must have been an oversight and very quickly went on the defensive to say they would refund the order and not to mention what had happened. Following a week of not seeing a refund I inquired to corporate twice to see where the process had been going and was told the franchise would reach out. This was all about a month ago and have still heard nothing. Keep an eye on your receipts when ordering from this location.

Ordered a pizza and you literally can’t mess it up as bad as this if you tried. Two pizzas normal crust. Pizza I receive is pan style crust that is raw and uncooked… if that couldn’t be the worst of it all is that they sent out two pizzas that were already raw and didn’t even put sauce on the pizza. PIZZA WITHOUT SAUCE. Waiting to receive refund. Food poisoning waiting to happen!Really can’t make this stuff up.
