Someone at Dominos headquartered should inspect this store. This store never offered deals promoted by Dominos online or in tv ads. They simply say they don’t have it. In stead of buy my 15 dollars deal, I spend 30 dollars or so every time. The order takers was never polite. I say this dominos should closed and give way to better shops.

So, I ordered food, left a note to bring change for a $100 (food price was $45). Driver arrives telling me has only $17 change. They claimed to have called twice (nothing in my missed phone call log). Whatever at this point I call them back tell them to come bring my food and tell the driver to collect a $55 tip because I have no choice. Kids needed to eat and didn’t want to make them wait any longer while I made something for them. Terrible experience and customer service, telling me about people robbing drivers.

The staff behavior is not good and they dont apply available discounts there are for customers. If you tell them i know there are discounts, finally they do apply but the thier behavior becomes rude
I had an extremely disturbing experience at this Domino’s location. I came in at 11:20 PM to grab a small pizza for my toddler. As soon as I walked in, I saw an employee sweeping the floors. I walked in and apologized for coming in so late given that they close at midnight (40 mins later). I placed my order and paid and was shocked to watch the same employee go straight from sweeping to kneading pizza dough—without washing his hands.
When I asked him if he had washed them, he openly said “no.” Only after I asked did he wash his hands, but when I requested he wear gloves, he told me they didn’t have any. A food establishment without gloves? That’s unacceptable.
While the pizza was in the oven, he went back to sweeping/mopping the floor. Then, without washing his hands again, he pulled the pizza out and cut it—handling the food directly after cleaning duties. I was speechless. I should have just asked for refund and left but given that I was with a fussy toddler, my options were so limited.
This is a clear violation of basic food safety and hygiene standards. As a parent, I was truly appalled and deeply concerned. I sincerely hope this location takes immediate steps to retrain staff and enforce proper sanitary procedures. Food safety is not optional and I’ll be contacting the health department to report the basic sanitation violations here. I can’t imagine all else that’s happening here which we don’t see. This is simply not fair to the customers.

I went there to picked up my order and only person there was a girl who was cutting chicken nuggets with scissors. I waited there and no one came to I asked politely “Excuse me I am here to pick up order” she turned looked at me and didn’t reply. I asked again and she banged her scissors on the workstation where she was working and handed my pizza with full rage. Pathetic customer service. Highly disappointed that you guys hire such people to work.
