I have been to Dunkin at 2304 N COLLEGE RD Wilmington, NC 28405 for the third time this and have not been able to order my food. The first time they were a little backed up so went inside and was the second in line and it took forever for girl to take the order. I got to cash register and she asked me to wait a minute. I stood there for 10 minutes and had to leave so could to get to class on time. The next 2 times I went to the drive through and was told to wait a minute both times. I waited several minutes both times and I drove off because I think they forgot about me. I went across the street to McDonalds and less than 1 minute I ordered, received and paid for my food. I jokingly the girl at McDonalds the she needed to go to work at Dunkin and show them what customer service was. And she said she hears it all the time. I am from New Bern NC and never had an issue with our Dunkin service and go there a lot. I was also here in October for class and the school stopped to get donuts at 6 in the morning and they were not open and had a sign on the door saying they were closed due being short staff.
Please call Dunkin in New Bern and get them come train these people.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is consistently provides excellent customer service, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The location is easy to access and fits perfectly into the neighborhood, making quick stops very convenient. What truly sets this Dunkin’ apart is their generosity. They regularly donate donuts to not profit organization like Zia, which means so much to the community. We really appreciate their kindness and ongoing support of the community. Highly recommended!

I live close to this location (Braddock and gum spring, Aldie VA) and want them to succeed. However, the manager is least interested in working on customer feedback. Really hope corporate Dunkin invests in employee and manager training. Cappuccinos are not consistent etc.

I just had the worst experience ever. It started off with my daughter and now it has spilled over to me and I am the mom. They are very disrespectful and rude! I will be trying to reach a more professional Supervisor n or manager. This one is located in Oakwood village,Ohio 44146. I’m guessing closing shift. Absolutely absurd

Gift card that has to be registered online, 20 minutes on 800 # before getting the option to leave a # for a callback (yet to see if I get a callback), customer disservice! I spent less time at the DMV today (Durham NC), they'll get a good rating.

Unfortunately I love dunkin', however the Martinsburg location in WV has terrible customer service. They were extremely busy yesterday when we went in. We had two separate orders. with my 2nd one they didn't give us our donut holes. When I came back to ask for them with my ticket #, she said it was my fault because all they do is place them on the counter. She then said I could order more if I wanted some. I had to walk away without my son's birthday donut holes.
