I just had the worst experience ever. It started off with my daughter and now it has spilled over to me and I am the mom. They are very disrespectful and rude! I will be trying to reach a more professional Supervisor n or manager. This one is located in Oakwood village,Ohio 44146. I’m guessing closing shift. Absolutely absurd
Gift card that has to be registered online, 20 minutes on 800 # before getting the option to leave a # for a callback (yet to see if I get a callback), customer disservice! I spent less time at the DMV today (Durham NC), they'll get a good rating.
Unfortunately I love dunkin', however the Martinsburg location in WV has terrible customer service. They were extremely busy yesterday when we went in. We had two separate orders. with my 2nd one they didn't give us our donut holes. When I came back to ask for them with my ticket #, she said it was my fault because all they do is place them on the counter. She then said I could order more if I wanted some. I had to walk away without my son's birthday donut holes.
did mobile order through drive through. was expecting a lot of hype for this new location.
sourdough bread on my sandwich was barely toasted, felt like right out the baggie. bacon was not edible standard, my dog coulda ordered the bacon for a side snack. also got a broken lid and hard hash browns.
service was a lil interesting. we weren’t given napkins and we’re brushed off by drive through, with no rush.

The food was either burnt or wasn’t made right,the drinks weren’t made correctly and they barely put cold foam on it .overall It was mid but the avocado toast was really good

Needs to be better managed. Not ordering items needed to be sold. Monitor trends and meet customers needs. No way does this store do that. Good food 👍…when they have it. I can’t tell you how many times the last two weeks I have went to this store and they didn’t have what I wanted. Bad luck? Maybe. Here let me help you. Order sherbet. Both wild and reckless and the rainbow. Blueberry donut's. Never run out. Keep them ready to serve. Do this and you get a 5 star review from me. 👍

Store had 45 minutes before closing, yet they had no hot coffee available. Instead of making fresh coffee, they suggested iced coffee. How can a coffee shop not have hot coffee? Doesn’t Dunkin’ Donuts monitor its stores?

Rewards program to be devalued again. Used to be able to get something after a reasonable amount of time. Harder to accumulate points now and redemption values have gone up. 800 points for a breakfast sandwich is 900 now. I just go on Mobile Mondays now to get the extra 100 points toward getting a reward

But today I was berated in the drive thru at the Newburgh Indiana location, and was intimidated to leave the drive thru when i was ju explaining the mishap. I called and spoke to a “manager” without and resolve. Over an online order they couldn’t scan and let me pay at the window. The order was for multiple people so it made me have to pull over and reorder, jogging my memory on what everyone got. By the time I get it paid for and up to the window, I have two online orders to pick up. I personally thought I added a some items that I had added the first time and because of this mistake, I was told by some kid with braces to “maybe you should order your food correctly next time” as he turns his body straight towards the window, makes direct eye contact and puffs out his chest. It was very uncomfortable and I can’t even begin to explain how rude. I have never beetalked to or spoke that way to someone in many years of customer service. And he stood there just looking at me silently until i pulled off. There was no trying to figure out what happened, he was not talking any longer. Mind you i do not understand where the mess up is at this point. When I called to report the situation, I do not believe I was speaking to a true manager. He said it was Regil, or Reginal. He didnt once apologized, he just kept saying okay, and yeah, then he finally asked me what I would like done and like i wanted a refund or free food. I said none if that matters and isnt the point. I can reorder my food but they way your cashier treats people is unacceptable behavior even outside of a professional establishment, and that I’d never be returning! This “manager” said “OKAY I will have a talk with him”. LOL like what?

I stood at the register for over 10 minutes without being waited on. both the workers saw me there. people who come inside are still customers to. not just the drive thru needs to be waited on. I walked out
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I placed a mobile order on June 26 and it charged me three times when I go up to get my coffee. She gives me a receipt and tells me just contact them. They’ll refund you well it is now July 13 and I still have not received a refund. They offered me 250 points. I said absolutely not. You owe me $12.84. I don’t want two dollars and 50 points and I have emailed them at least 20 times. They emailed me back a couple times nothing was done. and now I get no response at all I’ve tried calling and when I try to get through to them they’re pretty much closed whenever I’m working I’ve tried to send the email and it’s ridiculous to try and get an email sent because it asked you your location and when you try to type it in it won’t let you type in the location. So I will never be using dunkin again. If the customer service was a little bit different and they would’ve refunded me it would’ve been fine but it is now been three weeks and they pretty much ignore every one of my emails for the last two weeks. It’s not like I’m asking for some compensation for the trouble that I’ve been through. I just want what I’m owed which is ridiculous to try and get.
No signs of improving their service, we did wait for more than 10 minutes for a hash brown to be served, apparently few of them were burnt I am unsure what these guys are so worked up and irritated about!
