I stood at the register for over 10 minutes without being waited on. both the workers saw me there. people who come inside are still customers to. not just the drive thru needs to be waited on. I walked out
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I placed a mobile order on June 26 and it charged me three times when I go up to get my coffee. She gives me a receipt and tells me just contact them. They’ll refund you well it is now July 13 and I still have not received a refund. They offered me 250 points. I said absolutely not. You owe me $12.84. I don’t want two dollars and 50 points and I have emailed them at least 20 times. They emailed me back a couple times nothing was done. and now I get no response at all I’ve tried calling and when I try to get through to them they’re pretty much closed whenever I’m working I’ve tried to send the email and it’s ridiculous to try and get an email sent because it asked you your location and when you try to type it in it won’t let you type in the location. So I will never be using dunkin again. If the customer service was a little bit different and they would’ve refunded me it would’ve been fine but it is now been three weeks and they pretty much ignore every one of my emails for the last two weeks. It’s not like I’m asking for some compensation for the trouble that I’ve been through. I just want what I’m owed which is ridiculous to try and get.
I don’t recommend ever using their mobile app to order! Items available are not accurate. I’ve been trying to get a refund for almost a month now on something that the store didn’t have. Just getting the run around from everyone I talked to for a partial refund! Very disappointed! Starbucks will always get my money over this place!!!!!
if they do not do exchange or refund they should have a sign say it or on the receipt. besides try to log in the app and I had old phone number and it doesn't let me update my phone number cuz' ive forgotten my old phone number

It's really cool that one of your franchises in North Ga has 2 teenagers working in a state of emergency for less than 5 customers 2 hours before closing. Not one adult on site. 🤷♀️

I will never go back to Dunkin. My husband went to the Dunkin on Hermitage Road in Hermitage, PA. When he got home we were missing a sandwich. When I called to get a refund for the sandwich I didn’t get, they told me I couldn’t get a refund unless they had my physical card. I was also told that I would get a free sandwich next time, which doesn’t help me because the sandwich was for a guest. Terrible customer service.
went to the store at 9005 E Independence Blvd, Matthews, NC 28105 I got a frozen signature Latte this morning and two croissants. Drinking my coffee only to find out there has been plastic blended into my coffee and I ended up drinking some of it. I called them at 10am. It's 2:56pm and I've heard nothing from them.
don't know what is up with the Brighton Ave location, typically a ridiculous long wait, out of mostly everything..but today tops the notch. literally sat there in the drive thru for a good ten minutes with 0 response. don't bother complaining to general manager Johnathon king, either..he will just send u an email saying show the complaint to them and they will give me a free coffee...with a side of spit maybe. good grief. just shut this hole down already.

Just discovered I had over 1200 point disappear this month. They all apparently expired. With all those points I loved dunkin But, I did not know dunkin points expired. Well yall lost me as a customer.
I ordered the iced chai with cookie butter cold foam & my first one tasted like flavored milk. Normally, I’d just suck it up, but I went back through & they were so understanding about it. She asked what it was & remade it without complaining or anything. The first photo looks like I drank a lot, but the cold foam just mixed into the drink. The second one had a darker color, so I could tell it was remade correctly!
Questionable food and common sense at the Damascus location. I’d rather drive else where to save my patience and money. Stop serving burned food and train the employees you pay.
By far the worst donut in America.
We were told to wait out front for our order after going through the drivethru. We waited 30 minutes for our order and had to go at that point so we weren't late to our son's game. Tried going inside to ask and the doors were locked to get in. I contacted them to get a refund on the order we never received, and I have repeatedly been told it would be taken care of followed by radio silence. Nobody even responds now and since I've been fighting to get this refund for 9 months now, they clearly do not care that they stole our money. Please never give business to this company.
