Dunkin'

How could dunkin refuse the rewards on purchase!! I have their app, but they still didn't scan it, must be kind of fake dunkin outlet or so at gate 23 on IAD

I got 3 bagels and all 3 of them were not warmed up properly and the protocol that Dunkin has is that they’re supposed to fill my bagels with Cream cheese like every other Dunkin’ has done since forever.

Would not recommend, service sucks. They try to give you less by giving you a whole cup of ice in your drinks and ignore light ice requests. Go to Starbucks instead, they’re much nicer and actually cares. I went to Starbucks later and was chatting with them. They told me I could have my drink however I want since I paid for it, thats what you call service. Go to Starbucks.

It's good for what it is. It's a Dunkin' in an out of the way part of the airport. I needed coffee now and they made it happen. Service was decent coffee was not.

Very rude staff!!! I got a cup of hot coffee without a cup holder. When I requested a cup holder from cashier, she got mad and yelled ? to use a napkins instead.

Only get donuts here. I got a bagel with cream cheese and bagel was like I was chewing on a rubber tire - my jaw hurt! The coffee is ok…

They have a new Irish creme drink that they brought back or it seems like they did. They have been out of the Irish creme for 3 days now and none has been replaced....It seems they should take it off the display board....that is false advertisement.....IAD Dunkin Donut

Donut was ok, but sandwich tasted and smelled like chemicals. You also are prompted to tip when paying, with no easy way to skip.

Pretty good; not a large choice of donuts but it appears they do have all the drinks…good customer service; only issue is they don’t take the app for cashing out…if you push out the app then “ALL” Dunkin Donuts should accept funds via the app.

Pathetic customer service. The hispanic person i dont know if he was the manger/supervisor but he was rude and full of attitude. NEVER.. I WILL SAY NEVER GO THERE. I asked them to fill my kids milk bottle and I was paying but he kept accusing people who ask for the bottles being filled like this. I have asked Starbucks people to fill them previously and they made sure I was satisfied. Mind you I paid them too. But morning time and this much attitude. I wish he NEVER has kids.

To the lady working at this kiosk on May 39th, 10:15am, you need to work on your customer service skills. I cannot believe the disrespect you showed me when I asked you a few questions about the menu. Just absolutely ridiculous I agree with these comments, the hiring staff must do better. Will be avoiding this Dunkin’ at all costs throughout my travels.
