Dunkin'

I had a really bad experience at this Dunkin’. My order was wrong, and they never even called my number when it was ready. I waited 15 minutes just to find it sitting there. When I left, I realized my “egg and cheese” sandwich had no eggs, and the hashbrowns were undercooked, hard, and tasted weird. I had to drive back an extra 10 minutes to get it fixed, which wasted even more of my time. I paid for the wrong order, lost time, and the food quality was terrible. Definitely disappointed with this location

They consistently close before the listed closing times. I can understand once in a while being if they’re short staffed, but several of the times there are multiple people in there and it’s a regular occurrence. Change the hours of operation or stay open until 10pm like you’re supposed to. People working nights need to know where they can go to grab a coffee or whatever.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in America ! Got 4 sugars in my coffee today an I shit you not it taste like the hole bag of sugar was dropped in there 😂 never returning to this one again .

If there is less than one star I would give them way too minus unprofessional management manager lady which I saw her name tag goes by hearher she’s really unprofessional and uses words she should not be using

This morning, I bought a cinnamon raisin eagle bagel with cream cheese at the drive-thru. However, instead of toasting it, the employees microwaved it and spread cream cheese on it. The bagel was so hard it was almost impossible to chew, like a old or dry gummy bear. 😩

My partner and I came here on a Thursday evening and we both ordered 2 matcha lattes, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 1 hash brown. Upon driving up to the drive thru window, the rude girl handed us our drinks and we immediately told her that the drink is severely under filled. She then tried to argue with us and told us some BS lies that this is how the drinks are now if you order less ice. I then argued with her saying that we were just here 6 days ago and ordered the same exact drink with less ice and our drinks didn’t look like this and she proceeded to continue to lie and argue with us versus fixing the problem. On top of that both the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns tasted like some sort of burnt plastic it was so awful that we tried to use the drink to mask the taste of the sandwiches. We spent almost $25 and was extremely not only disappointed but unsatisfied. Rest assure we will no longer be going to this dunkin and will be going to the greenbriar location. Do better Dunkin.
