Stale bagels, management is rude

Told me a signature drink didn’t exist and then didn’t give me my whole order

If I could give zero stars I would, I ordere 7 donuts and they were all put in the same bag everything mixed strawberry chocolate frosted Boston cream and glazed I got home and realized that everything was in one bag and I went back to the store I found a lady by the counter she was nice enough about to give me a new set of fresh donuts because she acknowledged the mistake and even went in the back to show the other ladies and they all were surprised when she came back one very rude lady called Saba came to the 2 and said who gave it to you didn't tell me you wanted it in separate bags and why are you coming back now well what do you want me to do she is so rude has no manners has no Customer Service ethics she behaved like she runs the show and told me she is the one who made that order so there's nothing she can do about it as I had gone home and come back she refunded me and I purchased the same donuts againwhich were properly parked by the other lady I have never been treated that way in my whole life surely Management has to do something Saba is very rude

Picked up breakfast and coffee for my team. Even though our order was large, it was made quickly, and everything was both correct and delicious. Gotta love Dunkin!

This branch in 13902 Lee Jacson memorial highway repeatedly disappoint with its services in handling multiple boxes of donuts. We've been ordering 7 boxes of donuts for the church and were told to physically come on Friday to make an order. This Dunkin branch seldom pick up the phone. Then, the manager yells at my wife and disappear away during the discussion as if it is rightful to be rude, telling we can order 4 boxes and the rest shloud be my luck on the Sunday morning. Not sure what owner or Dunkin is doing with managing the shop. We will never use this shop. We had no problem ordering the donuts from the branch further away from my house.

What a terrible business, the management should be fired. Placed a call ahead order for three dozen donuts three hours ahead of time and when I arrived to pick up my order they acted like I was ridiculous to think they’d have three dozen donuts ready in the afternoon. At Dunkin’ DONUTS. For a call ahead order placed well ahead of time. These were for student party I was having. They sent me no email or no phone call tell me my order had been canceled. Don’t Give that place the satisfaction of your business.

They never get the order right!!!! I say plain crossant and they give me a plain bagel!!! Not the same they need to hire different people who get the order right! Ugh

Very worst customer service. The attendant rudely asked not to sit in the chair since he is cleaning, also starring at the customer till the door.

Stopped for a quick coffee and a donut. Did some computer work. Love that they have outlets everywhere to plug in

I like Dunkin’s a lot it’s coffee is very good and a lot cheap vs Starbucks. Being a veggie I like hash brown it is a drive through and has a lot of parking and a very nice ambiance.

I truly hope the owner reads this.
I was in the drive through and saw a police officer in line inside. When I placed my order I simply asked if I could pay for the officers order. The lady told me he hadn't ordered yet and that he was at another register. I asked if I could give her my card when I got up to the window since he was next in line. The manger Heather got on and said come to the windows. She than began to yell at me and tell me that I can't pay for him. That he had not ordered. I asked her why she was yelling at me and she said that is how she always talks. If that is how she always talks she should not be working in any sort of customer involved role. I said okay and she asked why I was arguing with her. She was trying to pick a fight for no reason. When I drove away with my food, I saw the officer coming out. He was ordering at the same time. I don't understand why she yelled and why she lied. You should look into the way she is treating the staff and the customers if that is the way she always talks.
