bad food

When I got the front counter there’s no line just myself, but nobody came to help me they only served to drive through, I wanted to buy an one dozen donuts, they took all the donuts an gave it to them drive through’s people; after 10mins waiting one guy came up to me and say what can I get for you, there’s nothing left for me, no more donuts that I want, what should I get??!!!!! I’m really really disappointed I came before those drive through people but no one care about me, never come back this location again

We came twice to this Dunkin, and both times the service was bad. First time they gave us a coffee that was not even close to hot! Second time, they gave us egg and cheese on croissant, again not warm and the cheese not melted. This was after making us wait for the food. We saw other people having issues with the food as well. Somehow they have a good crowd coming in, maybe due to the busy, prime location. I do not recommend going here at all!

I’m still shaking from my experience with the manager white middle age woman.I ordered wicked munchies and when we got it, they put regular munchkins not the ones with sprinkles. I brought the box inside the store and showed it to the manager and she said they’re out of wicked munchkins. I told her I don’t want it then she said she can’t refund sorry ( a very loud scolding voice)
I told her, if you don’t have Wicked ones , you should refund my order; she proceeded screaming, and cussing at me, oh also when I pulled the drive through she was already yelling at her employees.
What an unprofessional behavior, and yet she is the manager ! I have never encountered anyone like her. It didn’t stop there unfortunately… she came outside following me to the car ( my young kids inside ) she was moving her arms fast in ways like as if she was going to hit the car or something! Already a lot of people complaint about her on google reviews how rude and an angry person she is . I’m currently on hold with the corporate, I ll not let this go ! There are a lot people would be better fit for this position, she doesn’t deserve to be a manager there! And treat her employees and customers this way ! The owner of this location Please, please read comments about her and take action asap!!!

Not reliable. Says open until 10 but close early, like 9:40. Drove a long way for no coffee.

I bought a iced cappuccino and clearly asked for less iced, but still they filled up with ice when I came back asked that why did you guys filled this and the manager white lady said it’s from corporate that I can’t give you less iced. It means they just sell you iced not coffee. Thus was my last time in Dunkin’

I came to this Dunkin Donuts at 9:48 PM because they aren’t supposed to close until 10 PM. I went through the drive thru, and an automated voice said that the restaurant had closed already. Why they claim to be open until 10 is beyond me, but it was a waste of gas.

I had a really bad experience at this Dunkin’. My order was wrong, and they never even called my number when it was ready. I waited 15 minutes just to find it sitting there. When I left, I realized my “egg and cheese” sandwich had no eggs, and the hashbrowns were undercooked, hard, and tasted weird. I had to drive back an extra 10 minutes to get it fixed, which wasted even more of my time. I paid for the wrong order, lost time, and the food quality was terrible. Definitely disappointed with this location

They consistently close before the listed closing times. I can understand once in a while being if they’re short staffed, but several of the times there are multiple people in there and it’s a regular occurrence. Change the hours of operation or stay open until 10pm like you’re supposed to. People working nights need to know where they can go to grab a coffee or whatever.
