Firehouse Subs Chantilly

Ordered a sub through Ubereats, packed in a cardboard box and wrapped in a bag. This steamed the bread and by the time it got to me the sandwich was a mushy mess. Not impressed.

Run by older gentlemen. Only 2 of them working tonight. They both were working extra hard. Subs were excellent. Quality food.

Staff extremely rude, primarily young Hispanic male that currently works there. Delivery orders do not get made in time, even when nobody is in the store. I just walked in and because workers were talking and joking, they were were unaware they even had a mobile order. But one customer in the store and the rude kid said “you have to wait 5 minutes”. This has happened to me a multitude of times. It’s one thing to have to wait when I shouldn’t have to, but entirely another thing to be spoken to like I’m some lowlife!

I’ve had several cases since March 14th and never heard from them. If you call there directly the line is busy. Could you please help me understand why it’s so difficult to get a $12 refund? I didn’t get the sandwich and I paid for it and since I didn’t receive the sandwich I want my money back. I’ve spent several thousands at Firehouse restaurants across the region and the fact that I’m given this much grief over a $12 sub is beyond comprehension. This experience makes me not want to ever eat at a Firehouse and it makes me want to give Firehouse bad reviews on every platform. I don’t appreciate how I was robbed by Firehouse. I understand times are hard, but times are hard for everyone. You shouldn’t steal from customers.

Great veggie sub. I would prefer hot pepper relish to the options of raw jalapeños and a variety of hot sauces in packets, but the sub was delicious. All the ingredients were tasty and I liked the selection of ingredients like caramelized onions and grilled bell peppers. I asked for it as it is listed on the menu, no changes or substitutions, and i would get it again. The hot sauce selection was pretty good.

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub with grilled veggies and cheese. You can skip the cheese and adjust the sauce for a vegan version. The whole wheat bun was fine. The bun is not toasted and it's kind of soft, not rough or rough, and the sub ingredients are grilled.

Parking: There's a row of spots right by the door and lots more beyond that.

Absolutely love Firehouse Subs. As a former volunteer firefighter who did 20 years of service in New York, everytime I come to these shops I'm reminded of just how wonderful those times were. My go-to is The Italian and a close second is the ol' reliable Hook and Ladder. Staff is always on point and professional. I wish there were more of these in New York (the one I used to go to closed awhile ago). Glad to have this place around for a good lunch.

Firehouse subs are usually very goodThis location was very standard firehouseThe veggie sandwich still had lot of water from the steaming procesa that made the berad bit soggy.And there was no sauce or other condiments available.Still the sandwich was good

Loved the new Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. The service is great! Employees are very friendly.
