I do enjoy a firehouse sub from time to time and there’s about two locations. I normally go to. This being one of them, but it was not the same and nothing compared to the one in Centerville. The male staff was extremely disrespectful to a family, whose English was not their first language, he was disrespectful to the female coworker, and he was rude to me. He told me I need to use more English, unfortunately I only speak English. Sandwich tasted good except the fact there was three times as much mayonnaise as normal. The to go pick up area was holding a dirty mop with a bucket in front of it, I hope they don’t use that. It’s concerning because I do like it, but with one store already closed nearby, they’re definitely appears to be some issues.

I got the Italian and just said make it however it comes. Wow it was absolutely delicious and bigger than I was expecting. I got the biggest size so did half for lunch and half for dinner but I love the Bread and whatever sauce they used. Always a clean place to visit but Def delicious! #ZinTravels

Ordered a sub through Ubereats, packed in a cardboard box and wrapped in a bag. This steamed the bread and by the time it got to me the sandwich was a mushy mess. Not impressed.

Staff extremely rude, primarily young Hispanic male that currently works there. Delivery orders do not get made in time, even when nobody is in the store. I just walked in and because workers were talking and joking, they were were unaware they even had a mobile order. But one customer in the store and the rude kid said “you have to wait 5 minutes”. This has happened to me a multitude of times. It’s one thing to have to wait when I shouldn’t have to, but entirely another thing to be spoken to like I’m some lowlife!

I’ve had several cases since March 14th and never heard from them. If you call there directly the line is busy. Could you please help me understand why it’s so difficult to get a $12 refund? I didn’t get the sandwich and I paid for it and since I didn’t receive the sandwich I want my money back. I’ve spent several thousands at Firehouse restaurants across the region and the fact that I’m given this much grief over a $12 sub is beyond comprehension. This experience makes me not want to ever eat at a Firehouse and it makes me want to give Firehouse bad reviews on every platform. I don’t appreciate how I was robbed by Firehouse. I understand times are hard, but times are hard for everyone. You shouldn’t steal from customers.
