Today was the third time since they opened in the new location that my scallops were bad, nothing beats a mouth full of ammonia. Please stop holding on the old stock, it doesn’t work for scallops. Thanks for the substitution and making it right.

On the other hand the salmon and lobster bisque are great!

Today was a busy day and yet we were seated immediately and had our waitress taking drink orders quickly. We placed an order for our kids at the same time as the app and had 2 of the 3 in front of us within 7 minutes. The third of the dishes (kids plate) showed up within 2 minutes of her seeing they didn't all come together. Everything was hot and fresh.

Finally reopened! My favorite fish restaurant. Always delicious food with good service. Alexis and Carlos were great . So polite and friendly, much appreciated. Try their salmon bruschetta, rocket shrimp, calamari and mussels!

I ordered the shrimp tacos with mac & cheese, instead of french fries and some clam chowder. The fish tacos were very good. The mac & cheese is over seasoned. And the clam chowder tasted like water. $35 dinner with tip was worth maybe $15

We went to fords for a birthday Thursday night. We were met with over 100 lantern bugs on the front of the building and windows. When we went inside there were more. I mentioned it to the manager at the front and she just said “yeah we can’t open the doors because of them”. Then the food… the shrimp cocktail was awful, badly over cooked, hard, rubbery, just gross. The fish and chips were greasy, my husband didn’t finish. The rack and tail was also bad, the tail (lobster) and again chewy and overcooked, the rack was not bbq… the North Atlantic Cod was mine, it had a weird metallic taste? I ate two bites and stopped. The pasta with scallops was way too citrus forward, and the extra scallops were blond, not seared, and still overcooked and rubbery.., the desert was amazing! The food has gotten very fussy, but the quality didn’t go with it… they should step back and take a look at their kitchen. I’ve been in restaurants for 14 years, this was awful, but the service was nice.

The new restaurant is beautiful and truly the wow factor but no wow factor about the food. The taste of the food does not make me want it again later. Wanted blackened salmon but could not specify that on the online order. The salmon did not taste fishy. Thank you for that. Potatoes and green beans came with the salmon. No wow factor when eating the food on my plate.

Their new location has everything! We haven't had anything we didn't think was superbly prepared and delivered by wait staff. And somehow they pulled off a modern yet rustic environment that is casual yet classy. We will definitely be back!

Lobster bisque does not contain lobster meat, it's langostino. They are trying to copy where Red Lobster got its bad press.

They removed some classic items that were available on the earlier menus. The portions were also kind of small, but the service and food were good overall with fast service.
