I will not recommended, the worst milk tea I have ever tried. You can feel the powder while you drink it. Even my kids feel powders on the drink. And too sweet. Even you mention less sugar. Not precessional. If you have other option I will not recommend and I will never visit again.

The milk tea flavor was off compared to other boba milk teas that I’ve had. The waffle was smelled good BUT bathroom was a pretty design but filthy, the walls the floor the toilet and trash can- no soap and the water only cold barely ran- so no help for the sticky desserts…

Came here for a Thai tea latte and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered ahead through the app. Yes, there is an app. However, make sure you get the one for the DMV and not just the regular one. Anyway, I walked in in my drink was ready. It tasted delicious. Enough said. I would absolutely be back.

I tried the taro milk tea recently as I live very close to the Lotte Shopping plaza. I loved the flavor and taste of the drink. Staff was friendly as well.

Another bubble tea place. I wouldn't say there is much to distinguish this that house from any other. That said, it was clean, the staff were friendly, and they had the usual array of teas. The prices are competitive, and the location is convenient. If you're in the neighborhood, stop in and grab a tea before you head over to Lotte to do some shopping!

I'm part of the FiveStar rewards program for GongCha, and I received my reward for a free drink up to $5.25 because of my birthday. I looked at the locations, and this was the only location offering the FiveStar rewards. So I showed up, presented my reward, and the cashier told a lady in the back. She came up, looked at the screen and said no. I showed her that this location was listed as offering the reward. She just said they didn't offer it. I showed her again even going as far as clicking the link and explaining that it's legitimate, and she just walked away. No explanation, nothing further, just completely left me standing there

Gong Cha did a terrible job protecting customers' privacy. They sell client data. Started to receive scam calls and text from people with broken English ever since I chose text receipt. In addition, they just print out your full legal name on the disposal cup if you pay with a credit card without even asking. I'm still dealing with the scams almost every single day. Protect yourself, stay away from their scam business.
