Terrible experience. Server Tina was very rude and unfriendly, especially toward families with kids. Seafood was not fresh (some of crab smelled bad,some of clams has sand and not fresh) the food choices were very limited.
Definitely not a family-friendly buffet.
Never going back.

The food in general was good, the problem was that I went at about 7:30 and they were already removing the food when their schedule says it closes at 9, I'm paying the price of the full buffet and enjoying only half, at 8 I felt a huge pressure for us to leave they brought the bill without asking for it in the middle of the food and in fact I got up from the table still with a bite in my mouth.

First time being back since Covid19 started. Place is a lot more organized. Rest rooms were cleaner too. Table service was very prompt. We went Monday so not very busy. Food tasted better than I remembered even though they had been out for a while. They didn't prepare new portions except where it was almost gone, and this was more than 1 hour before closing.

The worst thing that has ever happened to me in my life is that at the grill you have to wait for the chef for up to 20 minutes. I am hungry and when the chef, who is Hispanic, shows up he is disrespectful to the customers. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Dirty carpet, very bad service. You tell the manager and she does not care. I do not recommend it.

The quality could be better. This is the second time I have been burned by the steam from their steam table. They need to get that fixed. I notified the waitress but received no compensation.

Be careful at the buffet bar here. Its bellowing hot steam all around the dishes. Kids can get burnt. Additionally please note that they want to charge dinner prices without any of dinner dishes. Apparently they are only available on the weekends. Due to low flow at dinner time during the week, the food can be a little stale.

This is, without a doubt, the worst buffet I’ve ever been to in the US — absolutely the worst.

The service was terrible. When I walked in, the female owner was in the middle of a heated fight with the chef — who appeared to be her husband. The fight was both verbal and physical, lasting about 25 minutes. Two kitchen staff had to shield the chef after the female owner unleashed what I can only describe as a “special boss attack move.” When it finally ended, the entire restaurant actually clapped.

The food was just as bad. At 7 p.m., most trays were empty and the remaining food was dry and unappetizing. The selection was minimal, and they didn’t even use sushi rice for their sushi — it fell apart the moment I picked it up.

The staff’s attitude didn’t help. While the owner was busy assaulting the chef, I politely asked a waitress for a table. She snapped, “Let them finish the fight first, it’s very intense right now.” I thought, well, I’d prefer to sit down, eat, and enjoy the show at the same time.

Overall, I wouldn’t return here even if it were free.

horrible treatment from the hostess today has cost this establishment business.
I do not appreciate the hostess shoving past my mother and I, damn near pushing my mother to the ground just because she's in a rush.
Poor attitude, horrible behavior, abhorrent treatment.

I came here a few times. But every time foods was bad. It seems like they save old foods to serve you over again. We can taste food no good. It tastes like rotten foods. After we came back home all of us have diarrhea. I don’t think this business could be that so long if they don’t change . Service is ok. People work there look lazy and didn’t want to do the job. If you will pay $25/person for dinner. I think better you can look something else better quality food.

I had a very great experience there. The staff was welcoming and picking our table for us that is for everyone like they did their best to do their jobs, we had to tell the waiters and waitresses what drinks we wanted, but no matter what drinks we order I feel like they’re all cheap and they still taste really good, we had to grab our most favorite food instead of asking the waiter and waitress to get our food for us and I feel like they’re also cheap and all of them also tastes good like everything else in this restaurant. I recommend everything in this restaurant and you should all give it all stars for this restaurant
