We went to see superbowl with friends. Disappointed with the service took 2 hours for our order of wings to come. The restaurant prioritized to-go orders vs. indoor patron on the busiest night. No comp or anything. Really missed the mark on such a night.

Went there yesterday (Saturday around 3 PM). 4 waitresses were on duty. We, a party of 3, were seated at a table with bar stools. The table was sticky and smelled bad...like if it was cleaned witha filthy cloth.Service was very slow. We were served by three different waitresses. It is not that they weren't polite, but it seemed chaotic and in the end it is not clear who you tip.The food was bad. We had the Fried Pickles, Twisted Texas Melt, a Shrimp Platter and a Big Fish Sandwich. The burger was dripping greasy, it was bad. The onion rings tasted like seafood. Were they in the same frying oil??? The shrimps were ok. The Big fish sandwich was tasteless. It seemed like there was no sauce on it. Hard to eat. And everything was dripping greasy/oily.That paired with this awful smelling sticky table felt extremely unappetizing. That was one bad experience. And it was our first time at a Hooters (ca. $55 bill).

We came in and ordered boneless wings and some fries. It took about two hours to get our food. The waitress told us that our food had been sent to the wrong table about an hour into our visit.When we received our check and it was for the full amount, I spoke to a manager about the situation and how long it took to get our food. First he accused us of lying before asking his waitress and having her confirm that we’ve been waiting for two hours.He told us that all he can do is take 20% off our food. When we got our checks the 20% off was listed as a “Military Discount”.This man accused us of lying, then when he was proven wrong did literally the smallest possible thing to even come close to making it right.I will never come back to this restaurant and I strongly urge you to do the same.

The food is lack luster but the quality of service and atmosphere makes up for it. Ken has been my server the last two times I’ve been and she has always gone above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She even told me about some cool local attractions to visit while in the area. The fried pickles are always great but the slider buns were burnt to a crisp tasting like ash when I bit into them. When ordering food here I have realized the most consistently good dishes are the curly fries, fried pickles and other starters.

The restaurant was slow, and the store seemed to not have heat. The food was OK, the restaurants are all struggling with the quality of food. I had a triple cheeseburger with blue cheese and bbq sauce. It had a good taste, and my daughter had a double cheeseburger with bacon. My daughters friend had bogo boneless chicken wings, and they were good.

I have been a big fan of Hooters since I went to the original one in Florida. I like their original bone-in wings. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and timely with the food and check. My only complaint this visit was the temperature of the wings; the meat was cooked, but some of the bones were pink. A couple more minutes and they would have been perfect.
