Great subs, I prefer the ham. The staff does great service. Usually not busy during the evening. The unsweetened tea is good too.

Dear Jersey Mike’s Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at one of your franchise locations in Chantilly, VA.

As a loyal customer, I frequently visit your Ashburn and Reston locations and have consistently received excellent service. However, while in the Chantilly area, I decided to stop by that location and was unfortunately met with a very different and upsetting experience.

It was clear the staff, including the manager, were under pressure—perhaps coming off a busy lunch rush—but that does not excuse the level of unprofessionalism I encountered. The individual preparing my sandwich was rude and visibly frustrated, and when I raised concerns about how my food was being handled, the manager failed to de-escalate the situation. Instead, he told me to “get out of his store.” When I asked if he was the owner, he admitted he was not.

I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, which is not what I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s. This experience has unfortunately made it clear that I will not be returning to the Chantilly location.

I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be addressed appropriately and that other customers will not have a similar experience.

Worst sub and on top upgrade to large i got a half order totally wrong.

Ordered an Italian sub in a bowl and a sub club via the app. I got 2 plain turkey subs. I don't know if this is a fluke but they clearly just did whatever they wanted and threw it in the bag. I should have looked to verify I had the right stuff but I didn't know they would be so erroneous in reading my order.

Very disappointed. I’m pregnant and was hoping that I could get a deli sandwich and have them cook the meat on the griddle. I just got a no sorry we don’t do that here even after telling them I can only have deli meat if it’s cooked. What’s the point of having a griddle if you won’t cook the meat?? Ended up getting the cheesesteak and it was super disappointing taste wise.

I agree with Johnny Thomas’ review on the cheese steak. WARNING ⚠️ is it even meat? The “steak” looked more like a sort of meat-soy blend. There’s no way that is meat. The color and texture of the “steak” was all wrong. WHERES THE PEPPERS? And very little onions. The bare minimum that would be on a cheese steak sub where it could even be called a cheese steak sub. This is definitely an independently owned Jersey Mikes. The name should be changed to Mumbai Mikes because there is nothing Jersey about these subs. You’ve been warned. (The place was empty at lunch hour. Apparently the locals already know about this place)

The cheesesteak sub was awful. Not enough meat to cover the bread, to salty and only 2 pieces of red peppers. I have never got a sub from Jersey Mike's that was this bad!!!

Not Friendly staff! The Manager Jason is Rude. The person who was cooking there today had a bad attitude like he did not want to be there! All I asked for was a bit more onion’s because he only put 3 pieces he got angry and started banging stuff and throwing my lettuce on the sandwich I told the manager to look and see but desire to talk to him not the customer. I will not be returning. I hope this helps other people to go to another location

Simple and fast! Can't really mess up your order unless you tell them something wrong! Just let the team know EXACTLY what you want and they won't mess it up. Team isn't very energetic so don't expect to be entertained ?

Really good experience at this particular Jersey Mike's. Especially the staff were really nice.
