Put an order in for 13 subs. Got a call an hour and a half after order was placed to be told “we can’t make your order cause we ran out of bread but if you wait 2 hours we can”. Why wasn’t I called immediately? Asked to substitute to other bread but somehow they ran out of all bread. I went in the store and saw them serving customers (with bread). Will never order from this location again.

How do you run out of bread on a Saturday?

The website glitched and did not submit my order, but took my money anyway. I called the store as instructed, but they refused to answer the phone. Been a loyal customer for 10 years, tolerated the slow deliveries, but can no longer risk doing business with Jimmy Johns.

I've bought from this locations so many times, never had an issue. I've always come in person, so never dealt with drivers or the online ordering platforms. The food is ready very quickly and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for our order to be ready.

For those that are comparing it to other sandwich places, it's definitely different and doesn't have hot subs. However, their bread is the core of their deliciousness. I think the bread is the best I've ever had compared to other fast sandwich chains. It really elevates the sandwich!!

I order online for delivery and put $0 for tip since I have cash. I gave the delivery driver a $5 tip in cash. Then I look at my receipt to see that they circled message about tip with an arrow pointing to $0. That is so rude. The delivery guy was rude and nasty and then I call the store to tell them what happened and my GM did not seem to care one bit. She stated well what do you want me to do about it?!? Seriously you’re the GM and you’re going to allow your employees to treat people like that. Horrible customer service!
