The website glitched and did not submit my order, but took my money anyway. I called the store as instructed, but they refused to answer the phone. Been a loyal customer for 10 years, tolerated the slow deliveries, but can no longer risk doing business with Jimmy Johns.

I've bought from this locations so many times, never had an issue. I've always come in person, so never dealt with drivers or the online ordering platforms. The food is ready very quickly and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for our order to be ready.

For those that are comparing it to other sandwich places, it's definitely different and doesn't have hot subs. However, their bread is the core of their deliciousness. I think the bread is the best I've ever had compared to other fast sandwich chains. It really elevates the sandwich!!

they gave me free drink and let me stay in here while it was raining took care of me even let me bring in my electric scooter so it doesn’t get wet

I order online for delivery and put $0 for tip since I have cash. I gave the delivery driver a $5 tip in cash. Then I look at my receipt to see that they circled message about tip with an arrow pointing to $0. That is so rude. The delivery guy was rude and nasty and then I call the store to tell them what happened and my GM did not seem to care one bit. She stated well what do you want me to do about it?!? Seriously you’re the GM and you’re going to allow your employees to treat people like that. Horrible customer service!

My first visit to a Jimmy John's. Service was very quick and polite. Good sense of humor. Restaurant was clean and quiet. I love the littlest sandwich - perfect for a quick, light bite. Sandwich was light and fresh.

I went into Jimmy John’s thinking it was Jersey mikes ?. This was my first time ever going to a Jimmy John’s and I won’t be going back. Y’all don’t do hot sandwiches & only got one type of bread?!?! No wonder it was empty. The customer service was okay given I was the only one in there but…. There’s nothing special about Jimmy John’s. Invest in a toaster oven at least

Pretty good Jimmy Johns sandwich shop --with friendly staff who are attentive to customer needs. Very clean in appearance, and you can tell the staff works hard to run the sandwich shop.

This location is around the corner from the expo center used for the Nation’s Gun Show. That makes it very convenient. Otherwise, they are a standard issue location for this company. I get a basic roast beef sandwich and they make it well. I like how fresh the tomatoes are when you get something and how they will work with you to make it the way you want it. I don’t do iceberg lettuce and they listen to me well at Jimmy John’s.
