Waited 30 minutes for our order!!! Absolutely insane because people who ordered much much much AFTER me got their order BEFORE me and waited less than 10 minutes! ABSOLUTELY NOT RIGHT! Super disappointed. Ordered at 5:41pm got my order 6:11pm. Would had understood if there was a rush of people but there was not. So there is ZERO EXCUSE!

First time at this location. It is busy but the atmosphere is good and spacious. Food was good and came out hot. My only complaint is that the pineapple juice is diluted. (Used to be 100% juice?)

Chicken had little meat. Spaghetti was like microwave SpaghettiOs with hotdogs. The coconut drink tasted like buttered popcorn. All of the trash cans were over full. I don't get the attraction.

It took 45 minutes to get my food from the scheduled pick up time. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM A FAST FOOD PLACE. It took so long that the fries I got were cold and the chicken was lukewarm when I took it out of the bag. If I had known it would’ve taken this long, I would’ve gone somewhere else. I could’ve gone to a sit down restaurant, ordered and eaten in the amount of time I was waiting. There is no excuse from a fast food place to take this long. The restaurant also ran out of basic utensil and napkins in the self serve area and the staff didn’t seem very keen to restock any time soon. I think I’ll be strongly re-considering my patronage next time after this.

Took a very long time to get food. Was quoted that food would be ready at 6:14 PM but was unable to get food until 7:10 PM. No management was present to organize customers to help them get their food or to handle a very crowded situation. Severely crowded would have probably been quicker to go to the next closest Jollibee and pick up from there.

It’s pretty close to Dulles Airport for a quick meal before traveling. But missing some of well known Jollibee meals. But over all very nice location, safe and not so busy area.
