Longhorn is one of those places I've always had good experiences except for one mediocre one in Maryland. Tonight food was excellent, inside was very clean, love the decor as I am a Texan and Longhorn grad (well MBA), and service was very good. Great location, spoke to Manager briefly on the way in, could tell he was on top of things. Told the one older server and cute hostess on my way out that they should really add some steak sauces. Forget the BS of having your own sauce, get some standard ones from Sysco and give him some options for maybe a small upcharge. Really impressed with the quality of their filets for the price. As someone who has done a lot of food deals and ran a food plant for one of the top CPGs, I am usually pretty critical on steak quality. But for their prices I have made respect, and they do a really consistent job in cooking them. Great job guys. An old boss was SVP for Fish procurement at Darden, they do a great job!

LongHorn Steakhouse in Chantilly never disappoints! The steaks are always seasoned just right and cooked perfectly every time. The chicken wings with their signature seasoning are incredible, and the grilled shrimp and lobster tail are always spot on—tender, flavorful, and delicious. We’ve also tried the burger and the pork chop on past visits and both were excellent.
The restaurant is consistently clean and well-maintained, which adds to the great experience.
Service is another highlight. Sam, the bartender, is fantastic—she takes such great care of guests and even when it’s busy, she makes sure you never feel overlooked. She’s a real gem.
I’ve also noticed the managing partner on several occasions stepping in to help his staff, which says a lot about the culture here.
If you haven’t visited yet, it’s definitely worth a stop—you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent ribeye! Especially for a chain restaurant. One of the better Longhorns I've been to. Adorable western cowboy decor. We always eat here at least once when we are in town.
