Yummy!! We were craving Mexican and decided to try this place!. We ordered takeout and we WILL BE BACK! We had the chicken quesadilla and steak burrito and they were so fresh and delicious! Try it ...you won't be sorry!

Alexander is the best bartender, he always makes me feel welcome! The chicken nachos are my favorite in the world.

Walked here with family from a near-by hotel. My daughter (age 7) said she's going to be moving here someday just to order the kids burrito every day. I don't usually indulge in frozen margaritas so glad that I did here because it was delicious! Spacious, clean and not loud made this an exceptional family friendly restaurant.

This place is THE PLACE to be for Mexican food. The service is amazing and so attentive and the food is to die for! We always get their quesadillas chicken and steak. The ambiance is amazing and their happy hour OMG it's amazing. Definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Chantilly.

We went to check out the happy hour and stayed for a great dinner. The service was fast, kind, and helpful. We had some great apps for happy hour, with a couple of great margaritas. Prices were great for happy hour and after as well. We will be back.

A great place for our tex-mex fix! Big shoes to fill replacing Picante, but they're doing an admirable job. It's a bit different - no more Fort Worth Northside aroma when you walk in, but there's a warm welcome & crispy, light chips + tasty, mild salsa quickly brought to the table. Hubs had beef enchiladas and gave them a thumbs up. I had the cheese enchiladas - my request to change the green sauce to red was no problem for our accommodating server. Our plates came out within 10 minutes - the food looked and smelled fantastic. Everything was delicious and we left with enough food for a tasty lunch the next day. The place looks very nice, btw. Freshly refurbIshed and minimally decorated - it's simple, but charming. They've also updated the bathrooms - new flooring and a roomy vanity makes it a pleasant experience. An all around nice evening. We'll be back and bring friends who have also been missing good tex-mex.

We've given it 3 tries, think we're done. Good things: The place is clean and the servers are very friendly. Poor things: I've sent my food back twice because it was cold. Not lukewarm, but amazingly cold. The brunch dish today, tasted spoiled as if the green sauce had gone off. My husbands Pollo Saltado had strips of cold previously frozen grilled chicken. We ordered an app and it was never delivered. Waiter's response: "You should have told me!" Well we did tell you when we ordered it. It's no wonder that this restaurant has been empty during peak hours. We do not recommend.

This was our first time stopping by for a bite to eat at Los Carnales. The staff members were great 10/10! Our waiter offered many suggestions for apps, meals, and dessert! The restaurant was spacious inside, and I love that they don't seat customers on top of each other. There was plenty of space to be spread out and enjoy private conversations. The food was alright, on the blander side in my opinion. But all in all we had a positive experience and will be back in the future.

This was our first time to this restaurant after Picante left and we were very pleased we gave it a try.. The inside has been updated and refreshed. It was very clean and inviting. The host and waitstaff were very friendly and attentive. Right away, they brought us chips and salsa. The chips were very thin, crispy, and tasted good alone or with the salsa. The salsa was loaded with fresh ingredients, and though a little onion forward, it tasted good and was refreshing. The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of items. We ordered our favorites; chicken burtrito and chicken enchiladas. Our food not only arrived hot, it was very well presented on our plates. We both enjoyed the rice and thought the beans were some of the best we have ever had. They were flavorful and the texture was pleasing. We enjoyed the variety of vegetables in the rice and thought it too, was well seasoned. Our main items were filled with a tender, moist shredded chicken that was very good. It had the kind of flavor that you want to keep eating. Not too salty with some warm spices that made the filling so yummy. Overall, would recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back.
