Not a good experience we had..

they laughed in my face, shut the door on me, got my order wrong TWICE, i had to spin back twice to get my food where they actually laughed at me trying to pick up my food. then when i got it i had no straw but ok whatever. then i tried my drink and it was not what i ordered. they literally played in my face and i have a feeling it was definitely intentional.

Cold fries. Service is exceptional but missed requests on added sauce requests on burgers/ sandwiches that I was willing to pay for. They are usually generous and give the customer what they ordered.

The $6 meal deal is great until you get all the way home and discovered two of your four piece McNugget packs are missing. That’s half the nuggets due in our order. They weren’t even busy, we were the only people in the drive-through line so that’s not an excuse they can use. Gotta do better.

well i dont even know where to start so we will start with the current monoply promotion so i have went and ordered monoply specific items which are clearly on the app so they dont give uou the monoply pieces and you have to confront them about it secondly the food is usually made wrong they are consistantly losing orders or giving the wrong order thirdly the food is rarely hot especially the fries you will be told to pull to a parking spot if using drive through for a pre ordered sandwhich and fountain drink then it will come out made sloppy and usually wrong i can go on and on but i will just say be aware when ordering from this specific location which seems to be privately operated and owned which makes it even worse

UPDATE!! so after my review i gave them a chance to prove me wrong well.... nothing has changed they still arent giving monoply pieces on products that are supposed to have the pieces and when asked where the game pieces are the middle eastern guy said we are out and have no more they come in the truck on auto order but yet over a week has went by and still no pieces and they have had the truck already this week place is still dirty and my review stands the same they deserve zero stars in my opinion amd corporate needs to look into this location before someone ends up suck from bad food and therefore i strongly suggest avoiding this location take the extra couple of minutes to go to the ither location nearby trust me you will thank me later

Very busy location near the Dulles Expo center. I made my order through the McDonald's mobile app and as I collected my order I recieved a proper customer welcome, reciept andvmy food right away. The food was hot the soda crisp and I wasn't sent to park off to the side because my order wasn't ready. This location is one of the few in the United States that I would return to when in the local area.

I placed an order inside with the machine and it doesn’t spit out a receipt. I then proceed to wait 15 minutes for my order and they called an order number and not the name. I don’t know the order number as a receipt isn’t printed (this has been normal for 2 months now) and when the manager ask if I’m still waiting for an order I tell her yes I never received it and than asks me what I order. I tell her my name and she is clueless. I give her what I ordered and it was the order in the kitchen that has been standing there for 15 minutes. She asked the other employee if she yelled the order and she said yes, I tell her my name was never shouted and that the machine doesn’t give order numbers or receipts so how would she know. Note she only yelled the order once. They didn’t apologize and doubled down that my order number was called. Very unprofessional in my opinion fix your machines or otherwise learn the names on the order. Food was still warm enough to enjoy but I was left very mad

If this McDonald's EVER actually added the sauce I always ask for when I order nuggets, I'd be the happiest person ever.... Instead all I have are dry nuggets and the tease that I one day will receive the sauces I ordered.
