The lady in the drive-thru was rude and dismissive. I told her my order at the screen in the drive-thru, but when I got to the window she hadn't taken my order. I think I am going to go to the McDonald's on Fort drive from here on out.

Oil seemed old my hash brown tasted funny & our coffee weren’t prepared how we asked on the kiosk, who ever the short young woman with glasses who I’m assuming is management was being a dick toward an older worker when she was trying to clean the lobby. Never seen a manager act that rude towards their employees

Chicken sandwich was a little extra crispy, I wanted to place an order at the counter but no one came even though they have plenty of people working, so I was forced to use the kiosk. Maybe that's what they wanted to do. Atmosphere was quiet a few people.

Went through drive through. They were fast. So fast they gave me a plain steak bagel literally no fried onion no seasoning no mayo. Sandwich dry and tasteless luckily I didn't pull off I had took a bite and found they did me dirty so I gave them the sandwich back to do it the right way. They barely put anything on it but it was needed regardless. Much better. Seems because of the heat there's a lot of cutting corners to get the food out fast and if the food ain't good no one's going to want it anymore but it's fastfood so it's a staple regardless how bad the service is. So it was okay they fixed it because I asked nicely and I'm sure they are frustrated with the heat constant customers.

Bunch of workers who seem annoyed and the cashier takes orders and handles money while
also making food without changing gloves. Atmosphere is very “why are you eating here vibes” and not” thanks for spending your hard earned money here vibes”. All names tapes are covered by yellow vest so you don’t know who the supervisor is. Eat at your own discretion. Note, this was the breakfast crew!

Went through the drive thru and got a steak bangle or so i thought there was barely any meat on the sandwich! They also forgot to put the sauce and onions on the sandwich if I could give it zero stars I would! Definitely one of the worst locations I’ve ever been!!! BEWARE!!!!

The front of the house remained the same after the renovation, and management put someone with less knowledge on the POS kiosk. Half of the self-service kiosk was not working. It took 10 minutes for my order and the English muffin was burnt.
