A great value food play and just good food in general. Atmosphere was cool, fun to see old PlayStations, Xbox games and all the nostalgia of the 90s and 2000s tech.
food is great, however they can get fairly agitated when you make the smallest modification to your order.
Love this place!
Food was good.
Love it!
Such a cool spot
One off? The patty in Loco Moco and SPAM were dry and Loco Moco could use more gravy. It could have been a lot more enjoyable. Crispy pork was crispy and its meat was moist but I felt there wasn't enough sauce.
It's decorated with retro tech items which brings back old memories.
True story: I looked up 'hot dog' and this business showed up as the closest to me. I was looking for a quick bite something inexpensive. I did not expect my entire life to change. This is THE coolest restaurant I've been to in Virginia, bar none. I've traveled up and down the state, worked as a server through college and grad school and there isn't a single restaurant I've been to that has excited me more. The menu is tantalizing just to read. I am enamored with the theme, the name, the decor, the location, and most importantly, the FOOD. I ordered a Spicy Pork Banh Mi - which for the record I've never tried before. The pricepoint was great, the food was SPECTACULAR. Great portion for the price, and it was so amazing. The place had tons of little Asian goodies and snacks - some of which I've never even found in Asian grocery stores! (My kids love Hi-Chews, and they had never before seen flavors) Bottom line - if you're still reading this review you're wasting your time, you need to get down to MegaBytes Eatery, STAT. I wish I could make a podcast about this place. I've already contacted friends and family because secrets like this place should NOT be kept.
P.S. It took serious self control not to employ profanity to express how delicious the food was.
Cool little cafe with old game consoles which gives a nice nostalgia touch. Enjoyed the musubi.
There is also a specialty coffee shop in the same area. Recommend getting a nice cup of joe after your meal.

Super cool spot with legit food. Reminds me of Japan and Hawaii style street food. The musubi was awesome. Spicy chicken was very good. Definitely a hidden gem.

Good little coffee section, smart to have separate to food line. Service was good, lovely lady taking and issuing food orders behind the counter. Food itself was hearty and flavorsome but not quite what was expected, eg the lemongrass veggie mega bowl tasted like a Japanese katsu curry and had very few veg (mostly cabbage) and missed the egg roll. Still tasted good though and hit the spot. Coffees were enjoyed by all. Banh mi looked fresh and delicious. Would return.

A friend referred me to this place through IG. I’ve been looking for a place that had Hawaiian food other than poke. Once I saw they had loco moco I had to drop by. The food was very good and I would definitely get it again. The pricing is not bad at all. I also got the Mac and cheese egg rolls. They were good, but definitely needed the cheese dipping sauce to make it truly cheesy. Next I want to try their breakfast because that menu has things I would like. The restaurant is in a place is off the beaten path, but worth it!
