He was charging me crazy amounts of price for items in his store. I used to love this place , no more. Never visiting this place again.

We’ve been regular customers at this shop inside Lotte for over two years, always stopping by to buy sugarcane juice. However, the service has consistently been disappointing. The staff, especially one particular individual, is extremely rude and unwelcoming. He never greets us or even acknowledges us when we say hello. What's worse, we’ve noticed he’s far more polite and friendly to white American customers, greeting them with a smile — while ignoring or being cold toward Desi customers like us. It's disheartening and feels discriminatory. We’re paying customers and deserve to be treated with the same courtesy and respect.
I not visiting this place again.

Great stop for sweet pan/beetal leaf dessert and sugarcane juice. They serve freshly made sugarcane juice with lime and ginger adding a pinch of black salt. You can have a gallon packed too if you want to take home and store it. But try it fresh it’s more tasty. You can grab tasty and different flavors falooda/ ice cream with chia or basil seeds with vermicelli. It’s very tasty and freshly made in-front of you. They sell various ice cream and shakes too. Also if you are looking for some basic Indian cosmetics or powder you can buy it from here. They have vapor/ hookah/ sheesha too and it’s accessories, coal and flavor. You should try this stop once. Don’t forget it’s inside the lotte plaza Chantilly.

I was craving some sugar cane juice and so I needed up driving 40 min to come here and and get some, definitely worth it!

The owner was very nice and patient!! Sugarcane juice yummy ?… paan ?!!!… will go again !!!

**To Go Order**Worth it? No.Repeat? Not anymore. I wish I could review it better but I can't.I asked a salesperson about paan if it contained "Chuna" or not. After being told that it had "Chuna", I asked him to make one without chuna. He kind of gave me a harsh look with an impolite tone about how many I wanted. As I ordered 4 in total, he went back and came back after a while. For sanitation, I didn't see much of that. Kind of scary just watching ( from the tiny monitor on the front counter) as I'm waiting for the paan to be made.I paid the amount and left. I can't wait to try it. As I tried 1, it tasted like I was chewing hay. I went back to the store for the paan he made. He started telling me " I don't look like a person that knows about Paan." Seriously, I can't believe he said that and he told me it's my fault that I ordered Paan in that way.I left the store without saying anything. He was still babbling as I was walking away. Who argues with the customer?
