The ribs are the best in the area, nonnegotiable. The issue is how poor the time management here is on everything.

There’s no menu until you get at the cashier so people take forever to order.

A bbq joint inside of a brewery. The brewery is responsible for the drinks from the sounds of it. The title of this establishment makes sense though. It's odd. I tried pork belly bbq. It was unique. The meal itself reminded me more of Hawaiian food than American bbq.

The spice level of the pork belly platter with two sides and rice is actually mild. So if you're trying to spice things up more than you're normally used to, here is your best bet...

Overall great bbq food and microbrewed beer. They need to stop using plastic containers especially black plastic containers. The Hawaiian rolls could be better. Other sides were good. BBQ sauces were excellent. Recommended for BBQ food fans.
