They got my order wrong and when I checked later an item was missing they couldn’t even do the refund over the phone so I had to drive all the back to get my refund bad service! Also they aren’t very friendly JERKS!

This is the Panera Bread location I always visit. The staff are always very polite. There is one particular male employee with curly hair who always ties his hair back; he especially greets me with a smile every time I visit. I don’t know his name.I highly recommend this location for its excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

It's a great location! It's Panera food and it's good. However, when I saw it I was looking for a drive-thru! I drove around the side of the building looking for the drive-thru! Panera to go, right? Maybe it should be Panera for pickup only. Anyhow, The service is great, and as I said the food is good.

Immaculate customer service. I have never visited a panera location that was so clean, and they even wore gloves when preparing meals, disposing of them after each use. Thats a plus for me!!!! ??
