I would like to express how great my experience was this morning. There were 3 people working on food when I arrived to enter my order in. There was a girl at the front near the pick up area doing the prep. I had a couple of questions and requests for my iced coffee with vanilla. She was so kind, courteous, respectful and sweet. Her customer service was amazing! I'm so impressed and grateful.
There are a lot of people who are very rude these days in many areas of life, especially in customer service and in stores I go to, but she was not.
She was so kind and helpful. Please can you give her recognition for her outstanding work and customer service? She deserves a raise for her demeanor, professionalism and multitasking abilities.

The Egg
I was upset to find that my salad container was half empty. I was shaking and didn't know what to do. I stopped home to grab my AK, just in case, then headed back to Panera to complain. The man apologized then made me a new salad š„ and gave me a free cookie šŖ. Suddenly my urge to kill was gone and I dropped to my knees and cried. They made everything right and for that they deserve 5 golden stars. ā āāā š

I ordered cream of chicken & wild rice soup to take home; but gotten chicken noddle soup. I cannot return or exchange cause Iām already at home. When I started eating it, the soup is too salty. I hope next timeā¦ for the staff to double check the food before they put them in the paper bag.

The Panera Bread to-go store near me is super convenient for a quick lunch or snack. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh. Perfect for busy days when I need something good on the go without the wait. Love having this spot nearby!

I placed an order for multiple coffees at Panera but didnāt receive my full order. After waiting over an hour, I finally got itālukewarm at best. The manager later emailed me acknowledging the poor service and offered a few options, including a refund. I responded, but never heard back.
A few days later, I went to the store and explained that instead of replacing all the coffees and issuing a refund, Iād be fine with just one coffee since my husband was already picking up his order. The associate I spoke to seemed unaware of what the manager had promised and looked nervous about the situation. I understood and told him it was fineāIād just pay for the coffee and follow up with the manager directly. He also assured me the manager would reach out, but of course, that never happened.
On top of all this, Panera still fails to deliver orders on time. I donāt know if this is just an issue at the Chantilly location, but itās incredibly frustrating.

20241130 I didn't know this is a To Go store. I ordered carry out on my app, and walked in to find there is no seating. There are several ordered self-serve stations, and right in front of the kitchen is where the food is placed for pick up. This place looks and feels clean.
