I'm utterly disappointed and frankly, astonished by the level of incompetence we encountered with this bakery. For my son Yuvaan's birthday, I ordered a substantial 16-pound cake, indicative of the grandeur of the celebration we had planned. Imagine our dismay when the cake arrived with his name misspelled as "Uyaan." One would assume checking the spelling of a child's name on a birthday cake is baking 101.
