Ordered multiple pizzas from them. Only one showed up. Delivery driver pulled up his app, showed 2 pizzas on the order and shrugged his shoulders. Called Pizza Boli’s and was told to deal with Uber Eats, that the store could do nothing. First and last time I order from them.

Their chicken rice bowls are delicious and order the pita bread with it.
Everything was otherwise good but there half a cashew shell in the pizza. I did not eat any cashews. You can see the top of it in the photo

Ordered 2 pizzas online, 1buffalo chicken pizza which was way too salty and the dough was way too thick to the point that it wasn’t cooked all the way through. The second pizza was the unique pizza and again it was too thick so the dough was cooked all the way through. Tomato sauce was barely there and there was too much feta on it to where you can’t taste anything but feta cheese and barely any salami on it and the salami that was there was dry and thin like 1 per slice. I also ordered a Greek salad and for some reason it was made with pickles instead of cucumbers which is weird and the salad was made with sub fixings instead of salad veggies so everything was cut weird or too small too eat a salad. I also ordered anchovies on the side, it was dark colored which isn’t normal, and smelled awful I couldn’t even open the container up all the way to eat it. All this to say there was only 1 employee in the entire store and she was nice but definitely could’ve used some help.

Customer Service 🛑‼️Very Very Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service ‼️ They are taking order sitting in a chair in a restaurant. Are you serious? ❌ They were using the earpods while sitting at the chair at Register and we were calling them 4-5 times . Nobody responds.
Food 🛑 We bought a 22.99$ pizza . It should come with a sauce on side. There were nothing at all. BIGGG Crust. Taste was Average.
Atmosphere ⛔️ There were only one table for dine in and that was Dirty. Someone left pepsi bottle napkins and that was stays like that. Nobody cares. That’s disappointing.

Stores like this remind you why service in the pizza industry for take out sucks. They're number one objective is to cheat and deceive their customers. I placed a fairly large order and had a family member pick it up on their way. They failed to give them all items on the order. When I called to ask they gaslight you and make it seem as if it is the customer's fault. Telling me its your job to grab the drink from the fridge. Why not have it all ready to go or remind the customer to grab it.
I preplanned a time for the pizza. At pick up time it was cold already. God only knows when they actually prepared it.
If a customer places an order, IT IS YOUR JOB TO HAND THEM ALL PIECES OF THEIR ORDER. Not telling them they should have checked and grabbed everything.
