Personal pan pizza served at Taco Bell as pizza express didn’t taste as good as original from Pizza Hut , was not tasting fresh and hot for whatever reason . But getting through taco bell drive through was convenient

This has always been a Taco Bell to me with the tiny pizzas as a side thing, although very tasty! Shift manager "Mercedes" always has a warm greeting for us inside. Service has always been prompt & accurate even though they cater to the drive-thru like everyone else. We eat here a lot as we like the less spicy offerings over the more pricey, fancier Mexican style restaurants. Current ops manager has finally gotten the extended HVAC, music, and bathroom sewer gas issues fixed from months past. ? My food faves are their gordidas, supreme tacos, or currently the grilled cheese flavored burrito! We take home a pizza for a later snack which still hits the spot reheated. ?

This place has officially shut down. I rarely did delivery from this Pizza hut location but when I did, the food would take longer to arrive than expected. I guess its because the location is off a busy street which tends to have heavy traffic every now and then. Most of the time, I'd order in person since the food would be hot and fresh.

I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut location again!!! Their customer service is absolutely awful. I called them and asked them how long they think delivery will take, and the person on the phone said 45 minutes, but then decided that I'll buy from another restaurant and wanted something quicker so I let him know I'll just order on another night. The guy I was speaking to then said they could have it to me in 30 minutes. So I placed my order, and when he asked whether I'll pay by credit card or cash, I said cash. He then said if I wanted my order to be delivered in 30 minutes, I must pay by credit card. I asked him how that would make a difference, and he then got an attitude, and when I told him to cancel my order then, he hung up. I called back two times because I wanted to speak to the manager and get his name. Turns out (provided he wasn't lying to me) he is the manager AND absolutely refused to give me his name all the while being absolutely rude and unprofessional. I called up two other Pizza Hut locations that were further out from me to ask them whether Pizza Hut has a policy that customers must pay by credit card in order to receive their pizza faster, and they both said there is no such policy, and that paying by cash vs. credit card makes no difference in delivery time. So this location 1) tried pressuring me into using my credit card 2) lied to me about their cash/credit policy and its relation to delivery time 3) is supposedly the manager of the store and 4) refused to provide me his name so I could report him to a higher up in the regional area. It is no wonder that this location has such awful reviews- absolutely horrible!

This review is more about the service vs the food. I ordered through the pizza slut app, and it stated the eta delivery time would be 6:55. Now being an understanding person an eta is just that, an estimate. So, at 7:55 I called to ask where the order was and was promptly told that the driver was caught in traffic... on a weekend... in a pandemic... After I illuminated the clairvoyant phone attendant about not taking my name or even knowing my order I guess that was when he ran out of excuses because he hung up. The pizza arrived shortly after 8 and was cold but the wings weren't which made my day. You can always reheat pizza you can't reheat wings.

I've topped at this Taco Bell/Pizza Hut twice in the last month. I've used the drive-thru both times. My order has been wrong both times. The first time, two of five items were missing. Luckily I checked the order before leaving the premises because the bag seemed too light. Today, I made the mistake of not checking. I ordered three things and one was wrong. I tried to call to complain, but the person who answered the phone was hard to understand, it sounded like she was talking into a tin can. On a good note, the food was fine. So, if you go, enjoy the food, but check your order carefully.

Ordered two pizza from this location. First it took too long to order online. Went in the store to order. Dave said if you want to order specials it has to be ordered online. So sat there and placed the order. Two large hand tossed with garlic butter crust . One with olives and the other with three toppings. It took them 15 minutes for cooking the pizza. Since we were driving through the area and it was around 10pm, and we still had an hour to drive further wi picked pizza and left. The pizza were completely tasteless, horrible tasting sauce, barely any cheese, NO GARLIC BUTTER ON CRUST. Too bad couldn't go back to return it as we were already out of that area. No wonder they don't have good reviews. Waste of money. I may not order from Pizza Hut anymore.

Well, we ordered pizza at 5:40 this evening and we had an estimate of 60-70 mins on the app. Totally understandable on a Friday! Called at 6:50 because still no pizza, kids getting antsy, and app indicating no pizza had ever been started. When we called again at 7:25, the app still said no pizza had ever been started. They brushed us off rudely when we said we wanted to cancel our order due to having two hungry kids at home, saying they'd "call the driver back." I highly doubt any driver ever got sent, nor any pizza made, especially given the lack of concern when we called either time. Total first world problem but honestly over an hour and a half for Pizza Hut kind of defeats the purpose of ordering out. Also, the annoyance that the employee on the phone conveyed was pretty surprising. I would never expect perfection all the time, but when a mistake gets made, an apology goes a long way.

My friends and I ordered a dinner box here the other day. The box was a good deal. It includes 2 medium 1-topping pizzas, breadsticks, and a choice of wings or pasta. So I got pepperoni pizza, bacon cheese pizza, chicken Alfredo pasta, and breadsticks. The food was good; the pasta was the best of all. I don't really like the crush cuz it was too thick. I prefer thin crush in general but it wasn't an option at Pizza Hut. It's a pizza chain so I don't expect much. This is the closest location so I will probably order here again.
