Excellent sandwiches made toasty and served hot - recommend the cheese prime rib steak, meatball, and Mediterranean sandwiches. Service was decent on Fri evening; but not great. Store was clean and organized and ambiance was nice - the kids loved it!

Went during BOGO. It was wild. A lot of frustrated people but the staff handled it so well. Especially Josue, Edgar and the woman who was starting the sandwiches (missed her name). Always amazes me when people don’t have enough patience to wait an extra 10 minutes after wasting 4 hours of their day on social media. Do better. The staff did.

The staff at this restaurant repeatedly pressured me to perform tasks outside a driver’s responsibilities simply picking up food. They argued with me wasting my time and even threatened to ‘call on me’ when I declined to help them with a customer card issue - that is THEIR JOB not the drivers job. This created a hostile and uncomfortable pickup experience. Drivers are only there to pick up and deliver orders not provide help desk customer service and the staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. Do not waste peoples time!

Today our dental office was celebrating, because our work team had reached the goals of the week. So we decided to make a lunch for the whole work team and contacted POTBELLY, to be our supplier. But? What happened? Our lunch did NOT arrive at the suggested time, we had to call several times and claim for our order to arrive. 😔😠 And when it finally arrived, the order was not the right part of the team did NOT receive their food. The Restaurant sent us some extra sandwiches and that was what they ate, but what they ordered and wanted to eat... IT WAS NOT WHAT THEY RECEIVED. 😩👎🏻 That didn’t feel good. 😢💔

I had an amazing experience at this Potbelly location! I ordered the Smokestack Pork & Mac, which you can only get through the app, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly smoky, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The service here was just as impressive as the food. Edgar was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Jasmine and Jackie were also great, making the whole visit even better. This is by far the best Potbelly I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Specifically ordered my roasted red peppers on the side. When I picked u my order I asked if the peppers were on the side and he said yes. That was an outright lie and I should have checked. The peppers were on the sub. I can handle a mistake not so much a lie.
