Great quality food and excellent service. We had a great experience. Our waiter, Freddie, was very attentive and friendly. Not only did he ensure that our drinks never went empty, but, it was a busy Saturday night and the kitchen was a little overwhelmed so Freddie brought out extra sides to help pass the time.

Forrest made our Red Robin experience more than spectacular! He was incredibly attentive, genuinely kind, and made us feel so well taken care of from start to finish. Service like this makes all the difference—thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

The food is good but the staff is fantastic. Forrest especially. He was very patient, kind, and attentive. He treated my toddler like a person and allowed him to order his own food. I've always had outstanding service service at Red Robin, but Forrest really stands out as a great waiter.

We arrived 30 min before closing & they were very attentive & food was very good. I had a BLTA (bacon, lettuce, turkey & avocado) on a croissant & an oreo shake. The bottomless fries are fabulous.
My only problem was wehas vouchers & they didn't know how to process them.

They had a great special pricing for lunch, loved that! The food was good - not spectacular this time, not sure why, but the Red's Double Tavern burger, which has always been my favorite, seemed to lack it's normal great taste, and the burger meat was noticeably thinner/smaller - maybe just for the $9.99 special going on? That's the only reason I took away one star on taste. The service was great. I have to comment on this though. My friend has to use a walker, and there was no way she could've opened the heavy door at entrance, a person in a wheelchair would not be able to open it either. Just a thought to make it handicap friendly, self opening doors.
