They were outside The Block Hall and the service and food was Great! They are worth the try!
Weak costumer service.Order took 2 hours to prepare and when I cancelled my order they didn’t refund.
I had a underwhelming experience. I followed their directions for pickup but no one came out to deliver the food at the appointed time. We waited in the car but saw that people were just ringing the doorbell and picking up. He admitted that he was not checking the pickup texts and apologized.Well, my order was cold and it was not worth the hype. I expected better quality since you are pre ordering a week in advance at a specific time. The sesame ube mochi balls looked as though it was made many hours in advance and was left cold. The grease had pooled through and I didn't feel good after eating. I can see how it would be tasty if it was fresh. Unfortunately, this place is a pass for me.
The Oreo taiyaki are basically fried Oreos in the shape of a fish and it's my favorite flavor by far. Love you guys!
So delicious, loved the Nutella, pineapple, custard, red bean! All of em!
Oh my this place is great!!
Great food!
I enjoyed the taiyakis enough to want to order a batch of 100 for an event but emailed 3x and tried FB messenger over a few weeks with no reply. Can't imagine putting an order in with the lack of communication.
We are so lucky to have this gym in our area. The Taiyaki is amazing - I love that ability to get both traditional and rotating seasonal flavors. I recently ordered off of their Chinese new year menu, and cannot say enough wonderful things about the Taiwanese pineapple cakes and fried sesame balls. The team is friendly and the portions were much larger than I expected for the price.
Rice Culture utilizes Frontier Kitchen. They made boxes of Asian deserts for Lunar New Year and I was lucky enough to get a box.It came with small batch pineapple cakes in 3 flavors - regular, matcha and strawberry. I've had the regular so far and practically inhaled it cause it's delicious!I've also had the sesame balls. They have it in red bean, ube and matcha. All yummy but that ube is so good! They also have mini butter mochi muffs and full size mochi muffins. The regular size are in ube and matcha flavors. The mini butter muffs remind me of baked nian gao. Yummy!Looking forward to more from Rice Culture! If you have an opportunity to order from them or find them at a local farmers market, get some!

Very excited to have a nearby Taiyaki place! They are really good and have a lot of filling. Will definitely be going back.
Rice culture is my favorite dessert place! They have a sampler pack which you can def try out, out of those I love the Nutella one! I recently tried their ube too and became a fan! This is a definite try and I would highly recommend it!
Warm, crispy yet soft, and just sweet enough. The taiyaki also freeze very well (wrap with cling wrap, with a layer between each taiyaki), so take some home for later. It's really the perfect treat in any weather. Plenty of kid-friendly fillings, too, like Oreo and vanilla. And by "kid", I'm also including adult with a job who needs a little special something. 10/10, will come again and again.
I had a good experience the first two times. Taiyakis were tasty and lots of filling. The last time the red bean taiyaki was stale.
