The French fries were excessively salted—probably as a primitive preservation method. And they weren’t even whole fries. Just fragments. Fry shrapnel. Bottom of the barrel. If this were Schrute Farms, they’d be fed to the pigs. And not the good pigs.
However… the sandwich was magnificent. The chicken? Heroic. It rose like a warrior and single-handedly saved my hunger from total annihilation. Respect.

Doesn’t taste like typical roaming rooster, service sucks. They forgot to add salt in fries, when asked they gave salt packets and told they forgot to add it while making said “it’s ok you can add now” . No person at front desk to attend, had to wait 5min for someone to notice I was standing at the counter.
They forgot to make our milkshake too! Made us wait 25min to get it.

Cashier Maria was rude from jump street . I just wanted a chicken sandwich with a large drink and that was a problem and hassle for her . Got a refund and was denied a refund receipt. The place has potential sadly I’ll never be coming back.

I recently visited your Woodmore location for the first time, and I want to share some feedback about my experience. Unfortunately, my visit did not meet expectations. While I was looking forward to trying Roaming Rooster for the first time, the service left much to be desired. I mistakenly thought my number had been called — I was number 17, and number 16 had just been announced. I approached the counter believing my order was next, only to be met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. A staff member (who I was told may have been the shift leader — she wore braids and glasses) loudly told me, “Your number is at the top of the receipt,” in a tone that felt unnecessarily condescending. Additionally, the environment was loud due to the volume of the music, which made it more difficult to clearly hear order numbers being called. To make matters worse, I was not given a proper receipt because the machine ran out of paper, and no one offered to reprint it. This added to the confusion when trying to verify my order. As someone who values good food and good service equally, I found this experience disappointing. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to help improve customer service and training at this location. First impressions matter, and I genuinely hope future visits to your establishment reflect the positive reputation Roaming Rooster is known for.

Zero for atmosphere. It was super hot and the AC doesn’t work. I mean, that is not a good way to run a business.

I ordered the med spicy, think they gave the the super spicy one because I couldn't finish it. If the did give me the med spicy, I couldn't even imagine eating the really hot spicy sandwich.. The place was kinda of dirty. We got there after the lunch rush, they should have had time to clean the tables. In fairness they only had 2 employees there, the one was taking orders and cooking. And the bathroom definitely hadn't been cleaned in a couple of days.. Use to eat from the food truck on Capitol Hill. It was much better.. Would I eat there again, yeah just not the spicy chicken sandwich..

Great food! I usually like to go in around 1hr or so before closing and unfortunately the guy starts mopping and cleaning then while we eat and I feel like they can definitely wait to be closed because smells on heavy chemicals
The food here was delicious. The restaurant itself is pretty small and there are only a few tables.
The sandwiches are large and very filling. I had the medium spice level and I could probably have gone a little hotter, but the spice to flavor ratio was very good.
My kids had the nuggets, which were also a good size. They were real pieces of chicken and very flavorful.
They give you a lot of fries with an order of fries and they are very good as well.
The only downside was that they didn't offer a meal combo which made the price pretty expensive for a family of six once you factor in drinks and fries.
Overall I would say the food was very good though.
A better alternate to chik-fil-a and friendly staff
We ordered take out. Son loved the food! Good service. Good customer service.

To be fast food and the furious. Referring to the heat of the chicken. Overall it’s always a hit, never a miss. Always a treat as infrequent my visits might be.
Fries are always fresh and nicely heated. And reheats very well when needed. The potatoes used are great quality. Chicken is always crispy and deliver the spiciness as a nice surprise.
**4-Stars..** because it’s one of my places to only be tempted by… and not tested (unless I order the salad). Service is always efficient. Ambiance caters to both eating in and take out. Nice!
Definitely R&R - fast food & furious!
Prepared nicely.
Even fun to eat.
