The food was much to be desired. The fries were not well seasoned, the soda tasted like carbonated water, and the shakes were ok. For the price I paid, it shouldn’t have been this bad.
Honestly, this Shake Shack needs to be more organized. They have a sign saying that other than drinks, the shake and hot food is self-order. This sign is very misleading where this can be misinterpreted. Basically, this would generally mean that there is a self-ordering kiosk which unfortunately there were none yesterday which made me ending up getting in the line ordering my drinks, realizing that there is no self-ordering kiosk and again getting into a long line. Come on guys…...
The staff who work at this shake shack go above and beyond to make the experience pleasant for the huge number of people who come through. Besides keeping it clean and handling the lunch rush so well, I saw multiple staff engage with families to help (picking up dropped items, making sure a small child found their parents, etc.).
