This is my 2nd time at Shilla bakery, but first time at this location.

Shilla bakery basically carries the same baked goods as the other 4-5 neighboring bakeries, but they are individually packed (which is a super plus for me). There were so many pastries and gorgeous cakes to choose from. The price point is also the same as the nearby bakeries.

I was curious to try their Dubai chocolate pistachio latte or the pistachio cream latte given those are the latest craze, but I wasn't in the mood. Additionally, they didn't have the prices on the printed papers placed on the counter. They sell plain coffee, but it was way too overpriced to want to get.

I only tried 2 pastries that I haven't seen elsewhere: Almond Kant ($3.75) and Tiramisu Bun ($3.50). I actually enjoyed the first one, it was super sweet and a little oily but still yummy. The 2nd one was okay, I didn't realize there was cream in the middle, subtle sweetness.

The customer service..well, not much to say. The guy was just standing there, didn't even greet us. They aren't overly friendly, but just enough.

I haven't really looked around to see if the place is clean because I was so focused on finding the right pastry to satisfy my craving that day. There is outdoor seating available in front of the bakery, nothing fancy.

They have plenty of parking in front of the bakery, shared by neighboring vendors.

Would I return? definitely! I need to try the cakes and lattes!!

The selection of baked treats is astounding. Everything is delicious and they even have vegan options if you hate joy like that. My favorite is the pistachio croissant

Came here on Christmas Day by accident. I was in the area and searched for whatever was open and Google said Cafein was open but it wasn't. Glad it wasn't because this place didn't disappoint. The Mochi, Cheddar Chive Scone, Apple Pie, Japanese Bread, and hot Latte were excellent! They're open 365 days a year, according to the employee so that's a plus as well.

Some nice cake flavors that I don't see at other places, but I've mostly stopped coming here because of how small they've shrunk their slice sizes. It's a bit ridiculous honestly, considering you're already paying a huge premium at $7 a slice.

Awful customer service. Placed an order online by mistake at this location, meant to order at the Centerville location. I called them to let them know of my mistake and asked if they could do a refund as we cannot make it to Chantilly. The lady who answered the phone said "no because we already made them". Mistakes happen all the time, but this money hungry store can't emphasize.

Ordered a tiramisu cake for an occasion. Paid $35 for the cake but got the whole family food poisoning. I call back and they give me a refund for $21. Absolutely pathetic of a service and they take no accountability citing “no returns or exchanges”. They will no longer be getting any business from me. (That’s like paying $15 for food poisoning!)

Their cakes are also a scam as I’ve ordered the Tiramisu cake on their website but was later told that this was a “Tiramisu Mousse Cake”.

If this place is so desperate for money and stoop so low to make ends meet, they will eventually go out of business and that I would like to see.

If you like to pay money for food poisoning, definitely give their cakes a try.

Worst Bingsoo I've ever had. Came specifically for it and honestly they just need to take it off the menu. We got some rolls that were ok.
